Pretty disappointed in my visit to Pleasant Ridge Internal Medicine. I recently moved to Texas and needed my medication refilled. I called the office and specifically asked if the person I was seeing would write a prescription for my medication (it being for ADD some doctors don’t feel comfortable writing a prescription for this which is okay and why I asked before I made and appointment.) she assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward to 40 minutes into my appointment and the Nurse practitioner said she would not fill my prescription. So I wasted my time and money to literally walk out of the office with nothing. I am beyond mad at my experience.
