PLS Check Cashing, Garland TX

This store has great custermer service very fast response time and the handling of custermers is perfect i recommend anybody go here

They are bothering my customers calling them every time I cash my checks there. It doesn’t make sense when they have all my information already. They are unprofessional and unfriendly. Don’t lose your time going there.

Courteous, Professional and extra mile helpful. Great experience after issues at other locations. Maritza (window attendant) was responsive, solved my issue in great fashion. If you want fast speedy service this your destination.

They’re very uneducated about their job. I went up there they couldn’t help me on anything i asked for it was like they didn’t go through training at all. They didn’t even give me information on helping me find my routing and accounting number so i have to go all the way tf back up here just to get the information.

The supervisor/Manager, Heder, she says she is the manager and shift supervisor, PLS website says 1% on checks and money orders up to 1000. But she charged me 2% for $825 on a PLS money order, i went back to her and she refused to read what was on desplay on the website. I have printed the page from the website with date and time. She has probably being getting away with defrauding customers of there hard-earned income. This time she will be exposed.

They were extremely nice to me when I went there and that makes me feel better about myself. I'm fat and self conscious about it but they are good people.

They promise to have your check 5 days in advance All LIES Now it’s like 2or 3days Not 5 and they should state that instead of telling the customers 5 days before payday.

They're really fast when it comes to money orders and other stuff but when it comes to cashing checks they take forever. Everytime I try to cash a check there they make lots of phone calls to confirm and then make me wait like an hour just to tell me their system won't let them this only happens when its more than $2000

Last time I cash check in this place employees every were inside. Big line. And only 3 windows open. Ridiculous. Experience

10% fee.a rip off. This place and all like it are loan sharks, only for the desperate, felons, illegal immigrants, or anyone to lazy to get a bank account. If you go here, you will loose money! Good luck.

Tried cashing a check there only to have one of the tellers named Sheba become confrontational with me after I explained I didnt understand the problem she was having cashing my check and wanted to know what was going on, it went so far as to havw another service rep step in and she very easily cashed my chrck all the while tge other rep continued to be rude and stared at me as if i had insulted her and not been accosted for trying to cash my check

There is absolutely no customer service in this place. I'm sure they have poor training. The last thing any service person should do is assume they know what they are doing. I hope these workers get their reality check espwcially the managers. It is not ok to put rep in the front lines that can't answer simple questions you are setting these people up for failure.

Always open and they don't rip you off. I use this place when my bank is closed and I need to cash a check. Friendly staff and lines are fast so don't be discouraged if you see a line.

Worst customer service from MR COLBY.he wasn't trained or it was his attitude problem.so never had problem before.but he very rude and seen for the 1st time.never ever go to COLBY to help your out.to manager.you need to either change his attitude or don't make him stand for customer service.he is not eligible for customer service.or else people will stop coming at your location and it's a bad impact to the business.

Out long history bank accounts failed us and didn't want to clear a check, but PLS came through after other check cashing places didn't want to touch us. Thanks PLS, you're the best!:)
