I’ve been cashing my checks at this location for years and I’m always satisfied with their service every time I come to cash my check it’s busy but the cashiers are super fast and the cleanliness of the store is always good
These people never answer the phone I'm looking dead at them they dont have customer they just setting there talking I'm at the atm seeing if they going to answer they just setting here anit talk about nothing they hear the phone they just set there in ignore.bad for business
Too damn slow and understaffed. I'm so tired of calling the complaint line. I wait the next day to speak to the district manager and them tell me they will work on the staffing and employees take there time and play while you only came was to load a card with money smdh. 4 people working only 2 are working windows and 8 people in line.
Lizeth is very helpful and goes the extra mile. Chris also helped me. Customer service is amazing.
