Went to Pls this afternoon to cash my ssi check the csr Martha (mai) was so disrespectful she told the manger on the blue shirt ya van a comensar a chingar con los stimulates checks as a customer I don’t need to hear that it’s not business if she miserable why is she working there first and last time I go there I was very disappointed with that pls

Please do not come here unless you want to be robbed. These people authorized someone to cash a FORGED CHECK without my acknowledgment. They literally did not inform me someone was trying to cash a check until after they gave them the money! Now there is a police investigation involved, please stay away!
They are unhelpful. Ur a customer that should be treated right because you pay their bills, but instead they are rude an their service to me is it's cold. I receive SSA an had questions, but was treated rudely
I got charge 10 percent for cashing a check here thats rediculous when i asked for my check back they would not give it to me
This place stinks really bad. It's really small and cramped. Staff was nice. But overall bad experience. The customers.rude and nasty. I rather drive to the north side.
Slow.extremely slow placed.if you have all day to hang around in a check cashing place this is definitely the place for you.
The ladies working there are so rude and unprofessional, I grab my check and went somewhere else parking id terrible and as much as they work on their eyebrows and ridiculously long nails they should work on their customer service

Horrible. Every time I have to be here, there are never enough cashiers actually working. Mostly they're standing back there chit-chatting while there's fifteen people in line trying to get to the same window. Terrible customer service. And make sure you lock your car, because it's located in the middle of the ghetto.
I was racially discriminated against by the staff, they said they closed at 8 pm (2 Hispanic ladies), at 7: 53, they asked me to leave, (I was playing scratoffs, I guess they were tired of servicing me, they said they closed early). I went to my vehicle, while waiting, a Hispanic male came up, and they let him in, to do business. That was not right.
This location OVERCHARGES for everything. These people are thieves. Este lugar cobra de mas. I do not recommend.
