I usually don’t do reviews but I received exceptional customer service from La Kendra At the Camp wisdom PLS I have to give credit where it is due this woman has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen in a long time. Usually you are given hurried bad customer service but not with her. She should get the customer service of the year award I just love this PLS only because they employ her and she is the only reason I am giving PLS five stars!
Great customer service. Manager is a sweet young Hispanic woman. She helped me out greatly. I’ll definitely be going back. I appreciate the friend who recommended me.
Pls i have twice had to cancel my cards because i kept having merchants taking money from my accounts without my consent beware

Thank God I have a bank to work with. Called for a friend and these people are incompetent. Didn't know about certain fees for a particular check type. But what else should I expect at that location. Thumbs down
This is a very unprofessional check cashing center. The service men don't listen, they will cash a fraud check before they will cash a real check. There diverse services are lack luster as well. The people that work here in this faculty is uneducated and lack the necessary tools to adequately service a customers needs. They are playing in the background while the customers line in hanging out the door. They are the most inconsiderate employees i have ever seen and need a corporate customer service training class on how yo relay information
This has to be the worse location ever, would not cash my job check because they said it fraudulent If anyone has to cash a check I suggest to go to the irving location they have better service there. The manager and employees don't know what the crap they are doing, they all seem lost!
