PLS Check Cashing Store, Houston TX

Great customer service this morning! Greeted as i walked in was not expecting that. AWESOME JOB, LADIES! Been to the other PLS locations and never been greeted.

The staff at PLS ARE JUST PLAIN AWESOME.

This store is helpful. Staff is diverse. They helped my grandmother while i was at work and she was very pleased with her experience. She said they made her feel "homey" due to the fact she only speaks spanish. Thank you to Eunice, Vanessa & Reyna:)

Reyna was very helpful and understanding. Her and her managers solved my problem and got me going

I usually come in the morning but today i went in after church & even thoe there was plenty of people the ladies were getting the customers out quick!

This storee is very quick! Dont be fooled on busy days, these workers will take on 2 customers at a time & make sure they attend to your needs in a fast, reliable way! They have a life time customer

The ladies are great.very Sharp very helpful and care about every customers been coming to this location for 10+ yrs and i will keep coming to this location and no where else

I typically come here and wait in line for a looonng time because they only have a few lanes open but today they had so many people there and I was in and out, yess

There always something wrong with the check i want to cash i came here cause the banks are closed and they say you can cash it at the bank those Place is the worst in everyway customer service i give them -100

If I can give no starts I would! Do not I repeat do not go here Bad service here if u want them to take extra funds away from u then tell u that u own them go here! Never going here again

I stopped coming here since one time that somebody fraudulently cashed a $800 money order I had bought from this store. I explained the situation to store supervisors, even had a "district manager" help me fill out an affidavit form to try to get my money back. When I called their customer service line, turns out they never submitted the paperwork to begin with. The customer service is horrible. Night shift employees talking on their personal phones while taking customers. In summary, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

They have great customer service and it's quick for all your needs, western union, paying bills and check cashing, coin machine. Only thing is they charge a lot when it comes to cashing your Income tax check. But you can get a good price if you negotiate down the price.

Need more employees for the night shift. There's a line of 12 people every time I come in and only 1 person behind the window. Highly inconvenient.

Excellent service they even got it to were you can set up a Direct Deposit account through them great for if you work out of town alot

Very rude customer service representative You try to charge me $400 to cash a check but then haggle down to $80. I should have went to Walmart to cash it for $6. This place is just a scam. I will never come here again. You do not know how to treat your customers or did you see fit to treat me differently. If I'm paying you $80 the attitude should have stayed at home.

It is usually quick to cash a check, get a FREE money order, and cash in coins. The people are friendly and get you taken care of so you can carry on with your day or night. It is 24 hours.
