My employee came to cash his check here an they told him it was stolen and they were gonna call the police. They never 1 time called my bank or my business to varify the check. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,

What ever you are being paid by PLS they need to give you two a raise, employess this level of professionalism difficult to findand is unparalleled to any other such business ive ever used.
Coin machine is not working. I asked if they would count them since there were 2 employees not doing anything and was told no. Definitely a weird thing to do during a national coin shortage. 9: 06pm 9/15/2020

We had such a great experience with Jamie the manager there! She was sooooo helpful and super sweet and patient with us in a time of frustration and were just so happy she helped us! Seriously! She never gave up on us! She won't give up on you!

In and out in a few minutes. Workers pretty nice. Definitely better than other locations I've been to.
Parking is minimal and a circus to get in and out of. Stood in line for 20 minutes and then the fees are outrageous! Literally 4 times what Walmart charges for the same check amount! Had to go there today due to circumstances.will never go back. Might as well bend over!
Lovely ladies, love to come to this location even though it gets busy the employees work fast and very efficiently! Good customer service and I never have a problem with any of them!
This store is awesome and cashed our check when we didnt have our real id in yet they did it with a temporary. Great service great customer service. Briana and lashanda are great at their jobs.
Very friendly staff very efficient highly recommend this store location over the forest and 635 location which are very rude I will not do business with them anymore this one highly recommend it
