Terrible. General Manager is very under qualified to do her job. She has no customer service skills and only tried to make it right when corporate made her call. Asked to speak to a manager we waited 30 min, the GM wouldn't come out at all. The wait staff made statements about how terrible the management was. Waited over an hour at 3pm for kids meals and 2 wing baskets. Definitely not going back.

This was the worst experience l've ever experienced eating out with family. We were supposed to be celebrating my grandson 20th birthday.we had reservations party of 10@ 5: 45, we were running late, l called restaurant, automated system just kept repeating, no one answered. When we arrived @6: 15, had wait 10 minutes for clean table, no problem. Seated at 6: 30, When we were seated, it took 20 minutes for waiter to return to take drink/appetizer order. In meantime, remaining 6 in party shows up, he seated guests, took their orders and came back with no appetizer but had drinks. Walked off, didn't ask if we were ready to order. We got our drinks at 7: 11.no appetizer, he walked off stayed gone at other tables and finally came back 7: 30 take food order. Long story short, food arrived cold, at 8: 30.orders incorrect, my grandson was not in mood to eat as this time. I'm diabetic and l was upset because my stomach was beginning to be upset. We reached out to management several times but they didn't appear to want to really assist. I told them people have come ate and gone. We didn't order steaks, just wings and, They didn't try to compensate the bill Sadly we will not be returning. Management tried to use excuse it's game night. We were here long before crowd and the crowd and the game.

Let’s see where to start with the bad service or with the incorrect bill. Last night I went around 7 PM and waited a little over an hour to receive my meal, had I not got up to request to speak with my server who knows how much longer I would’ve had to wait! The manager got wind of the situation and came to our table to apologize for the inconvenience although he didn’t seem very apologetic about the situation and did give us a $20 gift card in which he had the audacity to say you can use this gift card towards your meal today which makes no sense to me because in a perfect world you should cover the full meal which was only about $40 instead of giving me a gift card not only did you ruin the dinner but you also ruined the entire evening for my date. As for the incorrect bill that caused an even further delay to figure out why there is so many items charged on the receipt and to make matters worse I didn’t even get a receipt at the end because if I did I would be marking down the servers name along with the managers name in this post. Sales and service goes hand-in-hand so please regroup and re-train your stuff along with your management team on how to handle situations to make the interaction better. This post will go into more detail with BBB.

Recently my son visited pluckers in Arlington, TX with a friend spender about 18 dollars. When transaction posted there was a 1,000 dollar tip. I’ve been trying to get a hold of corporeate and it’s been really hard to get a call back. My son lost the copy of the receipt and I have no way to proof he did not leave that large of a tip. His account is still negative due to the fact he did not have the available balance. Very disappointed at the customer service!

I visited the location Pluckers The Linc
6406 North Ih - 35 Ste 2949
Austin, TX 78752 on Saturday 2/1/20 along with my 3 daughters. When it came time time pay my ticket I was unable to locate my card so my daughter paid cash (111.09). I immediately traced my steps and was unable to locate my card not 10 minutes from leaving the establishment I checked transactions and there was one from Pluckers for 133.31. At that point I immediately went back and spoke withe the Manager on duty (Justin)
and was told that he could not locate the transaction because it was a "prepaid" card (which by the way happened to be my tax refund) and that I should then dispute the charge. Fast Forward to Monday evening I check transactions and it shows I've been charged the amount of my ticket (111.09) on my lost card not to mention that my daughter paid cash for! I contact that location and again speak with Justin who asked if he could call me back after he researched. (I agreed0. Upon calling me back he assures me that I would be receiving a call from the GM mid afternoon yesterday (2/4/20) it is now mid afternoon 2/5/20 and I have yet to here a word! I am beyond furious at this point. I've been charged twice and it needs to be rectified. My next step is the BBB.
