Greaat place! It had a lot of TVs. People were watching football games and eating.

I ordered regular lemonade, 5 wings combo with the Hallelujah sauce (it is spicy but very delicious) tater tots which was crispy and crunchy and somehow soft. I recommend the place and the food. That was an amazing experience.

Every time I come here the food tastes great and fresh. Love the chicken wings. Although, I wish the Mango habanero sauce was more on the spicier side than sweet. The appetizers and sides are good too. I love the giant Mozzarella sticks and tater tots. The sweet tea is always on point!

Order for pick up, I arrived 5 minutes after the time I supposed to be there, still had to wait 15 minutes, the waffle fries were cold a disaster not coming back.

Last weekend me and my son went to memorial mall and my son convinced me that we just had to go to pluckers for lunch. When we got there their was a crazy long wait but we stayed to see what fuss was about. Everything was fine until we got our bill though and I found out that I was charged 2 dollars extra for every 5 bone in wings I ordered which was shocking. The waiter said he thought he had mentioned it but he didn't otherwise I would have ordered something else. They play testimonials on a loop that have people saying how ginormous the wings are but there was nothing special size wise that I could see. I've heard of restaurant's limiting boneless wings but never bone in and I have called a few other wing places and they were not up charging for there's which made me even more displeased. I'm not sure if I will ever go back but if I did I would not be getting wings.

First time at a Pluckers and i was ready to see what the hype was about! The wait time wasn't long, the food was average and kind of cold. The drinks were watered down. I wouldn't rush to return.

It's hard to screw up a wing. The easiest way to do that is to overprice them. They've done that!

I can’t say enough good things about Plucks. I’ve come to this location for birthdays, Astros games, dates, and the service never disappoints. The wait might not be for everybody, but the food always hits

Jen the trainer and her trainee were very polite and offered great service. The food was great.

If you’re craving wings this is the place for it! Good service be prepared for some wait! You can also check in online on yelp instead of waiting in person. Loved the waffle fries and tater tots. Wings are super flavorful and generously coated with sauce! My favorite was the honey bbq. Will definitely be back to try their open wings on Monday!

I had ordered the lime and something dry rub, was hoping for a really lime taste but i couldn't even taste that at all. Other than that the other half I had ordered was full of flavor which made up for them.

Super slow service. Waited in curbside for ten minutes even though my order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes prior. I feel like it was not until I went in the store and retold them that I was here that I believe they even started my order. If I hadn’t gone in the store I know they would have never come to my car

Food was excellent. Disappointed when I was told 30 minute wait when after 30 minutes, my phone did not ring. Then was told three people were ahead of me but all waiting customers were after me. Not ya girl. Seat me on we turnin tables!

Great food & atmosphere. Quick service. Worth the pop in. Four stars as I thought the prices Were a bit high. Definitely worth it if it's a convenient stop along your route, as it was for me. Mariann was really nice and helpful with all my questions.

Gone downhill.
They charge extra for EVERYTHING. Extra 2 bucks per 5 wings cause of a "wing shortage" Extra for extra dipping sauce. Extra for tossing the fries. No to go cups.
I'm not coming back.

Wait time is horrendous. Servers are nonexistent after dropping off your order. Used the reservation app took 45-60 minutes to find us a table even though we were placed 1st in line.
