We waited so long for us to get a table we were on the list for about 3hrs when they were multiple tables that were empty and we only needed a table of 6 which they had multiple open

My boyfriend and I came here for some wings. Loved the jerk wings the best (I'm jamaican). It was pretty hot. I also got the vampire killer wings. That one was pretty good too. It was also 1980s trivia night. We had fun and met and collaborated with other patrons as we tried to figure out the answers to the quiz questions. We sat at the bar and the servers were great. Food came out pretty quickly and their lemonade was good. I would definitely come here again to chill and hang out and enjoy some really good wings.

Ordered the chicken thighs. The seasoning was good but the chicken was way over cooked. Top quarter inch of the meat was jerky. Hard and crunchy (not the skin, the actual meat). Tough and dry all the way to the bone.
Won't be ordering the thighs IF I go back.
Service was good.

The experience was horrible. It shows in the menu the 20 prices were for 27$ but when we got the bill, it was 35.80$ due.we spoke to the manager and he was rude and said there is chicken shortage. Why the hell the menu prices are not updated! Very disappointed and the place for sure lost 2 customers.

Prices are a little on the higher side but they have so many TVs and the service was good. The wings were well fried and the flavors were good. Not the best I've ever had but during lunch it was a solid bet.

Waiting time was ridiculous and they took more than a hour to bring our food, one of the girls that was in the front was rude.

We had a party of 10. They gave us a hour wait. After an hour of waiting we went in to check our place in line. They said there was 1 group in front. & the like would be like 30 min. Extra. After about another hour wait we went in and asked. They said they have 2 groups in front? Horrible girl in front gave us an attitude the whole time we where there & was evidently skipping us.

Okay I am so impressed with this place! I came here a couple years ago and there were no vegan options on the menu. Now they have Gardein chicken tenders (wing basket or you can get it on a salad), an Impossible Burger, AND a veggie melt (order w/o cheese)!

A couple years ago my rating wouldn’t have been the best but now…easy 5 stars! Thank you for including plant based options️️️

Ordered the garlic Parm chicken tenders and the mango something, tenders were really juicy and flavorful. The waffle fries were alright. Staff was super nice. Service was slow but to be fair it was a busy Friday night.

Expect to wait an HOUR or TWO AFTER your reservation time just to sit down at a table. Pointless to reserve a spot. If they’re consistent on anything’s it’s the long wait times.

Do not come here tonight. Had first waiter he was awesome. Then we had three other waiters in 30 min. Order drinks and chips. Friends came 10 min later order food. Got there food first. No chips yet. Had them cancel chips. Hopefully Manger can Manger better. People next to me ordered chips 30 min ago. Waiter was like you haven't got chips yet?

Extremely disappointed. Was my first time in this restaurant. The appetizers came after the food was served. Also at the end the price changed due to a Chicken wing “shortage” and they did not tell us that before buying the food! We talked to the manager and he said that there was nothing to do. Very bad experience.

Food not fresh, order hot wings, couldn't get a water refill "ever", extremely slow service, a lot of servers but nobody helping

Food was good. Place was great. But we had a situation my wife forgot a hand wrist used for medical reasons. We came back 30 mins later and table was not in use but clean. Meaning the same employees clean the table and took it. They say nothing was found. So even they trash it or keep it.

The food was really good, and it came on time! Not to mention it was pretty busy however our hostess was absolutely amazing! She kept up with us and checked up at good times; she was also very friendly and gave us different options for every course (the queso & chips were REALLY good)! The clean bathrooms were also nice! Recommend this location!

There was a major issue with the wait. I was told it would be 30 minutes and I had my littles ones with me, 4 and 5 years old. They really want to have wings and enjoy the mid week out. We arrived at 7: 02pm & was told it would be 30 minutes. Then, at the 40 min.mark I went up there and was told I was still on the waiting list. Then, another 30 mins. I asked them to check & they said they called; they called wrote the wrong number down.

The new server Alex was so apologetic and immediately got the wonderful manager Adam. Adam made sure the children and I received the food immediately and made things 100% better and the food was absolutely delicious.

I am definitely returning due to the manager Adam and my amazing new server Alex.

Drove 20 minutes on a nice Fall day only to find out the Patio is closed at 1PM on a Saturday? Ridiculous. Every other business in the area had a full patio.

Food was ok. My wings felt like room temp. My husbands were burning hot. I guess my order sat a bit waiting on his. Employees were nice.
