Everytime we get extra wet wings are so dry & I'm charge an extra we got 50 wings to go got charge $5 more for extra wet & they weren't even moist holy Mac was horrible it was stuck together & looks like they didn't care to place the food correctly then given like 4 ranch for all that food

Been stopping in for years, but only 1or 2 times a year. Service is eh, ok usually, restaurant setup is average but nice, good for watching sports, many TV's. The wings are good with many different flavors, and usually are on the large size. Really haven't eaten anything that wasn't good. For the cons, sometimes the wings are a little tough, still hasn't stopped us from eating. The other is allowing parents with kids sit at the bar, where there is guy bar talk. Not the seating for kids and no reason for men or others to have to change their conversation or speech. Hostess, keep families seated in a family lie setting, not at the adults bar.

We never have a bad experience at this pluckers, Belen was our waitress and to say she was amazing is a serious understatement. We went the other day to watch the World Series game so it was BUSY and she still took the time to help us pick stuff from the menu and constantly check on us AND get stuff to us pretty fast! I actually tried something new because of her and it was delicious! This pluckers is my favorite place to go when craving wings and to watch a game!

Great food! Would have been a great experience as well if somebody could figure out who is in charge of the Fossil Creek Dingers baseball team and be considerate of others in the area. The parents were sitting there throwing down beers and didn’t seem to care that their children were running around screaming the whole time. Multiple people eating around us were voicing to the waiter that they wanted to move tables and had their ears covered every time that the kids would scream and it was LOUD and constant. Says they are there every weekend so they should know some table manners by now. Would be nice to be able to enjoy our meal. These kids will grow up to be a menace to society with parents that don’t take responsibility of their children.

Some of the best wings in Tx. In particular, I recommend the BB ones since the restaurant's flavor is very artisanal, and in terms of drinks they have many with different degrees of alcohol.

I been coming here (Alliance location) since opening, I loved coming here and was one of my favorite places to eat. I don’t know what changed but service is awful. We had not been for a few months because last time they gave us our order incomplete and food was cold and waitress would question what I had asked for saying “they ain't wet enough for you” with a very rude tone. She then charged me for everything, even though we were missing some items. Today we gave it another try. We were seated and waiting for like 20 minutes and no one came to serve us drinks or take our order. I had to get up and ask someone in the front for our waiter. So turns out our waiter had seen us just sitting there and for some reason just did not want to take our order. He had been walking around that area for a good while and not once asked to take our order. Another young lady did and apologized (Mya). I am so thankful for her. I am very disappointed and will probably never be back to be honest. Getting that upset and trying to eat your food after is just not it.

When we first started going here we were in love. Good food &great atmosphere, but lately we’ve seen in go down due to who they have been hiring. We asked for a table they said 5-10 mins before it can be cleaned…. They being the 8 people standing at the front door joking and laughing. (really 8) while you can understand everyone isn’t bussin tables everyone IS on the team going in the same direction. That and the owners refuse to make holy make in smaller orders

Ya forgot the side of fries I paid for specifically because ya stingy with them. Not even napkins. 2nd time I am disappointed with To Go service.

I was hesitant to try this place, but after a beer at Twin Peaks a friend talked me into it. My hesitation quickly vanished when our server Miles came out and showed what it means to be a top notch server. He was kind, patient and informative while still being genuine to himself and us. We enjoyed his service so much that we tasked him with picking our fourth flavor of wings which he knocked out of the park with his selection! I won’t tell you guys what flavor it was just in case you’re lucky enough to get one of his tables and request the same surprise! I also want to thank Anthony for being such a hospitable host and making me and my dog feel comfortable on the patio! A+!

Pluckers in alliance is delicious UNLESS you’re ordering take out, or delivery. They constantly short you on sides, your wings will be dry and terrible and you’ll be nickel and dined for every single thing.

This resteraunt is great in person but not worth the money in any way if you’re getting take out or delivery. The staff could care less as they are betting on you to never return the food or complain.

Went on Sunday for a late lunch but was very disappointed my wings were cold I never got my buffalo sauce that I asked for 3 times and our waitress hardly checked on us.

Per usual Plucker’s has a very busy but lively atmosphere! Plenty of sports.good good food and great service. We had a tiny issue with our food this time but Ms Heather was right on it to make sure we were satisfied. It was a great experience and I assured her we would be back!

Pluckers food and drink are always amazing.they never let you down.

The only complaint I ever have is that it is extremely loud in there.
Between all the TVs and the music blaring over the TVs.everyone talks even louder to hear each other. So if you have any hearing issues.you will have a hard time hearing the people sitting next to you.

Don't get me wrong.the vibe in the place is great.
I have been going to assorted Pluckers in the DFW area for years. And will always recommend them.

The Wings are the most delicious! They are large and the portion they give you is enough to fill you up, the sauces there are very tasty; What we liked the most was the guy who treated us, super friendly.

The slowest service in the entire world and the hostesses were really rude. They barely said two words and acted like we were an inconvenience to them because we walked in and they had to work.

The food was so good and our server, Parker, was amazing! He made sure to check on us often, bring us anything we needed, and overall, he was very sweet. Thank you, Parker!:)
