Pluckers Wing Bar, Austin TX

Horrible service and rude employee. I was on the phone over 10 minutes to just place an order. If you want wings, please ensure to call in at least 30 minutes prior since it takes forever to just place your order

I have been to other pluckers locations which are great! This particular location on burnet by the 183 not so much! Bartender had an attitude and then the food was cold! The only nice spot were the greeters at the door! They have some retraining to do at this location! I wont be back to this location!

This location has awful service when it comes to take-out orders. Order is wrong more than half the time, usually missing sauces, and the staff working the front desk couldn't be lazier. Pluckers is unfortunately the best chicken near me, otherwise I would stop coming here in a heartbeat.

Edit: After the reply below from Pluckers I contacted the general manager and he offered a gift card worth a few meals, so I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. In the time since I originally wrote the review my experience at this location has improved, so I can only guess they passed on my feeback to he management there.

So I almost had a good time Until I ordered the Monday special In the manager brought my food out. This would've been fine but he clearly did not read receipt. He insisted to me and my family Before he sat my food down We would not be able to share. I asked what are you talking about they should have food coming out one and two I payed for the food regardless if my daughter wanted one I could give it to her. Later he found out It was a mistake. He did not see the whole receipt. By this time I was offended i asked him not to come back. It was embarrassing For him To check me and my girl. When he did not have the full information.

Food was great. Michelada was awesome! Ask for Chase, he is amazing! Tables were sanitized when people left.
Can’t say too much for the hostess. She was bothered with her job. Her entire body language screamed that she didn’t want to be there. Chase saved us from her and became our waiter.

Went to go get wings for lunch with my co-workers. We had the most atrocious service, food was terrible, and the prices are ridiculous.

Slow service but great food. Cant go wrong with pluckers if you love wings. Their salads tossed in the wing sauce is real good too

Well as I’m typing this I am calling in my order on a Sunday 5: 20pm and the phone rang for 5 minutes and now the person answered and said “ Hi this is pluckers” and immediately went to hold with Pluckers voicemail talking to me. I guess I will continue to wait for someone to answer to order a Togo order. It’s now been 10 minutes no answer still on hold.

The wings are the best and tou can find them anywhere else. Tbe service is great and the mac and cheese there is so good! You should really come here

Very slow service if you are in a group.fast if you are by yourself.but the food and drinks all taste great

Cool spot with a very friendly staff.wings and tots plus fried pickle spears.a great way to go. Wings were large and meaty just like you would want them. The tots were cool. I haven't had many tots that stray away from Ore Ida's.the fried pickle spears were really good.after I was told they dredge in a combo of cereal, (rice crispy, frosted flakes and corn flakes) I could taste the sweetness of the frosted flakes. Well done Pluckers.

Love me some pluckers! If you aren't a club member yet, you might wanna get on it. Now, no more cards! It is all on the app which is super convenient and free appetizer everytime we go. My favs are the Bypass burger and the Dr Pepper wings and the fried pickles

Had to take the kids out for free dinner at Pluckers (kids eat free w/adult purchase on Tuesday!). Everything was delicious, service was a little slow but still 5 because it's never been that way on our other MANY visits they hooked my fresh Philly up nice

This place's Buffalo wings salad & its service is the best. Seat in the bar or at a table, whatever is great service, even when crowded.

Pluckers is weirdly addictive. I wonder if they put something in the sauce? There is almost no reason why I should like this place. It’s not really clean, the service is usually quick but highly variable, and most of the menu items are just ludicrously unhealthy. That said, the wing flavors are awesome and the beer is cold. Evidently that’s enough to bring me back almost weekly.

My favorite restaurant of all time. Plenty of fun games with trivia, lots of beer, great service, and the absolute BEST wings. The only issue might be the parking and the wait time for getting a seat, unless your going to sit at the bar.

It's plucking good wings. Holy macaroni and fried pickles. Late night food. Fun trivia nights. Service can be hit or miss. Great casual place to meet up with friends.

This Pluckers not not the best. The service here has always been subpar and have found myself driving to the Round Rock location or the Lakeline location for better service. Several times I've had issues with wings not being correctly cooked or not fully cooked as well.

I have given this place several chances considering how close it is to home. The service is very SLOW. My last 3 out of 4 visits the food has been cold and the chicken is dry. Easily my worse restaurant experience. I do not recommend.

Poor quality food and waiter purposeful added a five dollar menu item that i had not order to my bill. I dont like it when someone is trying to scam me.
