PNC Bank reviews
8Wanted to thank Gilberto Maldonado for doing his best and staying late the week of thanks giving. Every time I need help he goes out of his way to help me get my accounts in order. Thank you and happy holidays.
PNC bank is the worst. ATM is always broken to deposit cash. I have a business and when I tried to cash a check made out to my DBA name the teller said “Sorry it isn’t listed under your corporation name. ” But yet every time I deposit the same checks at the ATM it is always accepted and I have never had an issue. Your employees are clueless and need training. I will be closing this business account soon.
0 for not opening at all on Saturday the only 1 open is in Sunland Park I'm taking my business somewhere else
Horrible in every way possible. Things were okay before all the other bankers and workers resigned after the transition. I've been dealing with a wire transfer issue and i keep getting the runaround. Never had any issues when it was BBVA. Any issues that would come up were taken care of and now it's horrible. If anyone is thinking of getting an account with this bank. RUN THE OTHER WAY!
This branch was already bad when it was BBVA, and now that they transitioned to PNC Bank it’s even worse. Waiting times are eternal, to sign in to speak to an executive you have to send a text message, it’s an automated system that is not accurate. Here I am waiting after I received a message that I was next, waiting to check why the wire transfer I came to do the day before yesterday didn’t go through. Really? ! That has never happened to me before with any bank. Called the customer service number yesterday and they couldn’t tell me what happened and told me I had to go to the branch. I don’t have time to deal with this BS. Moving my business account somewhere else.
If you’re planning to open an account here, do yourself a favor and DON’T!
Update: I’m here being serviced by an executive named Luis being told that the wire transfer was not approved but he can’t tell me what was the reason, that he is unable to see why and just tells me some department rejected it
Please be advised if you need to do anything at this branch, the personal are so slow and if you are a former BBVA customer. Good luck you are in a big problem because you are not existing customer to PNC. You become a BBVA former ghost client.
Just made a call to this location ask to see if I can cancel a card man sounded so rude felt like I was rushed didn’t even say his name or anything very unprofessional why work there if you act like that quit your job.
It is very sad to see an establishment with such a rude and self-entitled manager. As a business owner and woman, walking into this bank and being treated in such a poor manner was very INTIMIDATING and DEGRADING. They basically told me they were not interested in having me as a local business client.
