5Meghan Stark hindered me from getting a business account by adding the wrong name to create a personal account deliberately getting it declined to then go and decline me from a business account. She was discriminating against me and 100% un helpful As you can see below is the declined letter next to it is the back of the letter that shows my name being spelled as J a k e r r r a instead of 2 r’s she put 3 thinking I wouldn’t notice The fact this bank is a 2 ️ explains her discriminating behavior and I hope their rating goes lower after this review I have filed a complaint to the police department and to the Branch
This bank has terrible customer service. They couldn't even be bothered to anwser the phone. I called 7 times in a 30 minute period and no one ever answered. When I eventually got into the bank the teller excuse was that they were busy. No apology or anything.
I will never recommend. The staff in killeen is friendly, but not worth the headache over the bank trying to make extra money off you for their mistakes.
They will take extra payments out ur bank and make it seem like they are the victim. Worst customer service around. I would recommend another financial institution
Been sitting in the drive up for exactly 55 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. This is absolutely ridiculous! No reason to wait this long
