3 I live walking distance from this branch and I still drive to the MacArthur branch due to the many horrible experiences. I believe it starts at the top of this particular branch as MacArthur is a totally different experience. When I walk into MacArthur’s branch they speak, the branch manager makes herself visible and ready to assist with anything.
Ryan and Marcus in the Zelle decline Department advised they do not have supervisors to speak with customers and refuse to assist me. I was told to go to a branch to be verified even tho I verified my information with both. Ryan hung up in my face. This is why so many banks grow and then fail. Your service is a reflection of the values and culture of PNC, which it show you do not have respect or the care for the people whom allow you to hold their funds. Senior management needs to take a hard look at the employees that they lose and the trifling ones that stay. The trifling ones that stay have no knowledge of any of your products or systems at all! Additionally, after reading the reviews it appeared that there’s a pattern with who they don’t care to help.
Literally not a bank, just an old ATM that doesn’t work, it looks haunted, DONT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!
This bank is inside an office building type location. Nice staff and always help me with my needs.
