Before you apply, just know they make you apply for their insurance only and if you don’t get approved, they make you pay 3 months worth of rent that will all be due before you can move in. They did not tell us this until we were approved for the apartment but denied for their insurance and they expected us to have over $3000 ready for move in within a month. After we decided not to move forward because of this, my roommate and I were told, I couldn’t get my deposit back because I denied the apartment due to the fees but she could get her deposit back since she was denied due to a past broken contract which she informed them of during the application process. We were told as long as she made them aware of the broken lease, she would get her deposit back. They told us to expect a check in our mailbox in a few weeks. Fast forward to 3 months later, still no check. When I called, apparently the entire staff that helped us were no longer there and because none of the new employees new about our situation, the check was never sent out. The new staff claimed to work with their accounting department to get it situated and then for the next 2 months, they ignored all my calls when I would reach out to get an update. The last time I tried to call and was ignored yet again, a lady from another location reaches out to me the same day (that’s how I know they knew I was calling) to address the situation. She claims that because no one has proof of the situation, they had it in their system that I never reached back out to them to move forward or cancel the application therefore it was voided and we were ineligible to get our deposit back. I offered to provide phone records of the MANY times I called but they didn’t care to even look. The lady said she would try to work it out and see what she could do, couldn’t make any promises, but would get back to me. This was 3 months ago and I haven’t heard back from them since. I quit trying to reach out to them but in conclusion, if you try to rent here, make sure you request EMAIL ONLY communication because anything said over the phone to anyone can change if the employee no longer works there. I learned my lesson for sure but wanted to share for any young renters out there.

Lived here for a year and I loved it for the price. We had the 2 bed 1.5b townhome. Pretty safe and comfortable area. Neighbors and management are friendly. Cold AC. The counters and cabinets were kind of meh but they got the job done. Bring your own microwave. No in unit laundry but they have a communal laundry room. The parking is pretty good. It was just an over all comfortable year living here.

Great community! If you are having issues renting due to your dog breed, size or weight, you should check out these apartments. Pet friendly community and they love dogs! It can be a real challenge when searching to find the best place for your furry baby.

Kendall’s is the greatest manger I’ve dealt with she is so amazing and I love the way she plans little get together she was so amazing on helping us get into the apartment anytime I have had any issues she has been right on top of it to get it fixed I couldn’t ask for a better manger then her because of her I am trying to get family and friends to move over her with us have a great day

Apartments are turning out to be quite alright and the office staff is amazing. Come see for yourself!

The apartments are great and the staff is excellent and Alexus is always on top of everything, definitely recommend.

Been here for almost a year and I can't say that it is a great place to stay and affordable friendly neighbors and staff

I've been here since 2019 and have had no problems. The office staff is always helpful and makes living here joyful.
