11I have stayed at The Pointe At Crestmont for 4 yrs and I must say it was bitter sweet. I moved out in July of this year and I am disappointed in them I have read reviews stating people haven't received there deposit back once they have moved out. But I am experiencing it first hand here we are in December and I still haven't received it every time I reach out to the office and speak with a manager they state the check was mailed out and they let me know the total amount but I still haven't received anything.
I loved working with Ms. Danielle Santos. She’s been helping me with making my moving process so easy! She’s friendly and has great customer service. She’s helped me with all of my concerns and stayed on top of my application. Me and my boys LOVE our new apartment! I’m so blessed that we were able to move here. It’s quiet, very clean, and spacious. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! We are so excited to be here! Thank you so much Danielle!
I was so blessed to be able to meet Mrs. Danielle Santos she has helped me from day one with applying and she made my move as easy as possible. She was very nice, friendly and she communicated with me thru the whole process I love my new home that me and family are living in thank you again Ms. Danielle for helping me find the perfect and spacious home the grounds are always clean and it's quite. I'm so happy that I moved to the Pointe at Cresmont.
Danielle does a outstanding job when it comes to moving in new place. And Mrs. Provost answer all questions and explain the company policies keep property clean #of two work hard very organized neat and clean.
Staff is very helpful and professional. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the area clean and fixing issues.
Beautiful structure, and I like how they are somewhat hidden off the street. Quiet. If I could afford them, I would get in there immediately
I turned In my application with everything a month and a half ago. They then kept asking for bank deposits from multiple banks I use. They give me an apartment number and tell me everything should be good. I then state to them one of my accounts is for someone else and I have no access to the money and they still ask for multiple bank deposits from the account. After being told I had an apartment and more I receive a call stating I make too much money. I didn’t make too much money until they asked me about all my other bank accounts. The whole process took nearly two months just for them to not approve me. They waisted my time and now I have no where to go. They said it only takes 15 days and every time I looked up they were asking for bank statements and more even from my mother who doesn’t pay or help me with my bills nor was she gonna be on the lease. I live alone and this was very inconsiderate and disappointing.
I was having a really hard time trying to find the perfect home for a reasonable price in the area. I applied to the pointe at crestmont in hopes that I could be closer to my kids school. It took a while but Danielle did absolutely everything within her power to get me into an apartment. She was very kind and helpful at a time when I needed it the most. I’m very grateful. My kids and I love our new home.
Very nice apartments big and spacious. The staff was very professional and answered every question I had. I can’t wait move in!
I went in and visited & tour Danielle she had very well customer service & was very attentive also very detailed oriented
If i could give zero stars i would’ve done it. The staff is unprofessional! Somehow i got accepted and i paid my deposit. Was told to get ready to move in into the apartment in two weeks and they kept on postponing my move in date and after two months i never heard back from them. I called and was told my account was closed down on November i asked for my deposit back and they said that they never received my deposit and was told that if i didn’t have a receipt i wouldn’t get my money back. I am lost at words after 3 months of waiting for my apartment to be ready they have said i won’t be able to get my apartment or my money back. They’re so unprofessional!
