Poke Bar, El Paso TX

I ordered delivery from this location. The order was completely botched. They put ingredients that were supposed to be in one bowl on another or just didn’t bother to put the ingredients at all. I paid for avocado and didn’t get it at all. We also ordered hand rolls, but received something else. I’m not quite sure what it was, but it definitely wasn’t a hand roll and it was not good. Don’t order delivery from here, you won’t get what you order. I added a picture of what was supposed to be hand rolls.

Great place when you want to eat something healthier! Good price for how much you get and I like that they don't nickel and dime you on every ingredient. I like to get the small poke bowl with rice, tuna, veggies, cucumber salad, spicy mayo and eel sauce.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the location. The guy making my bowl was very helpful since it was my first time here. I will definitely be back soon.

Ordered online, came to collect at 11: 15, doors were locked and employee places sign that says business wouldn’t open till 12.such an inconvenience for employees taking their lunch break.next time put a notice on the website as well.

Good (filling) portion size, polite and friendly customer service, nice spot to have lunch.

Very clean and the person doing the bowls was helpful in explaining all the dressings. Food was very good. Definitely recommend

If you want regular long grain white rice then eat here. They do NOT have sushi rice. The girl thought that because the rice was hot and it sticks together it’s “sticky rice”. Their rice was also way under cooked. They were “out of” most ingredients. The “manager” didn’t really care to fix the problem and didn’t care to loose a customer. The owner was too busy to even bother resolving anything. I will most definitely take my business to POKEWORKS.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in El Paso, TX. The food is always fresh and the service it’s great. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our food. Thank you for an amazing experience

Clean! Since I get the raw salmon, I’m always picky if the place looks clean. This shows me they have everything in order especially if Salmon is old and needs to be tossed out.

They give more protein than other poke spots for a good price. They are also generous with the servings.

Based out of the cleanliness, professionalism, fresh tasting Salmon, I will be back.

I came here with my mom because I heard it has healthy food the store open at 2 no big deal, 20 minutes pass still Noone here as I was waiting just kept reading reviews every review is bad from past 4 months so had me thinking this dosent even feel worth it nomore I see a place called slap burger right next to it it was amazing Glad I went there instead

I got here an hour after they were supposed to be open on sunday, no sign posted that they're closed or away, and every time i've called (now and in the past) they don't answer phone calls.very disappointed.won't be coming back.

The food is fresh and it taste awesome. They have a mix of sauces. They mix the sauce with the food so every bite is tasty. Today was our first time and definitely will not be our last. The price is almost like chipotle. Maybe for some people are expensive but comparing with other restaurants and the freshness, I think is a reasonable price. The place is very clean and quite.

I never give a place 1 star if I can help it. They are out of half their drinks. Their popular teas which they advertise were all sold out. Missing several key ingredients. This is at 2: 30 pm. Had 1 person working. Waited a long a** time for our food. I won't come back here again.

My daughter and I came in for lunch on Friday Jan 5th and the girl behind the counter was so nice! I asked her name but I forgot it! My daughter has severe allergies to all kinds of weird stuff corn gluten dairy soy but she took so much time to make sure we got everything that we wanted and it was so delicious! She went above and beyond went back into the back to read the labels off of all of the sauces to see if she could have any of them and was so so friendly and helpful it was unbelievable! A definate go to spot if you haven't tried it! I didn't realize it until we were done but they have soda that is not made with high fructose corn syrup! I wish we would have saw this before we left! There are so many places around that have good food but when you can find a place that has an awesome personality and a genuine caring of your experience It is priceless! This place is so awesome!

Total flop. Out of too many ingredients and supplies. I did not enjoy my food or experience. I used to love coming here when it first opened. Staff was friendly, service was great and food was awesome. I would drive across town just to eat here. But the last few times I’ve come have been very disappointing. I finally convinced my family to give them another chance but we were quickly reminded why we stopped going there and will not be going back. They’re always out of most major ingredients and even supplies. Instead of asking customers what they want they should just tell customers what they have available so customers can choose from there. Every time we asked for something they kept saying “we ran out. ” Not only did they ran out of ingredients, they even ran out of supplies. We had to eat our medium size meals on the small containers because they ran out of the medium bowls. Our food was so crammed into the smaller bowl, we had a hard time eating out of it. Also we weren’t offered a bottle opener to open our sodas, the tables were sticky and while we were trying to make the best of it enjoy our food, we could hear employees causing a commotion in the back room. It sounded like they were throwing pots and pans across the room. We felt unwelcomed. Not going back!

Great service and bowls are delicious, suggestions for the owner, the smell of that fabuloso cleaner isn't a good mix when you're trying to get fresh fish. That's the only bothersome thing.
