Awesome, loved the variety, fresh food, only bad part was the soda machine needed to be fixed (and they did), and the rice area was a mess

This place is awesome, I eat here probably too often! Their food is always fresh, they have delicious weekly selections, the staff is generally very polite and in good spirits, normally isn’t much of a wait, great selection to choose from, chop sticks have never had any splinters, they’ve got quality soy sauce packets, location is convenient, nice variety of beverages to choose from, there’s also some kind of ice cream you can buy (I haven’t tried it yet though), portions are always generous, prices are average for a poke restaruant. Delicious food at a good price, can’t ask for more. You won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love you guys food, but when I went in yesterday something happened that left a real sour taste in my mouth. My mother and I are more on the heavy side, my mother more so. We both ordered the same thing with nearly the same toppings. We had two different people complete our orders, but my mother's bowl was almost half the size of mine. She didn't say anything but I could tell she was hurt. Teach your employees some manners. This was absurd.

Wow! We ordered our poke bowls through Uber eats and I was very impressed by the flavour, quality and quantity of the ingredients. I also found their house fire sauce to be the perfect amount of spicy (for those who like heat). The brown rice and salad combo was a perfect base for the ahi tuna and salmon bowl.

First time here. This is amazing! Flavors are great, ingredients fresh, it really hits the spot. Directions are in the wall and servers are helpful and understanding. I would gladly give them more money for more food repeatedly.

Love this place. When I come in for takeout. Dine in, or delivery. They always deliver fresh good poke bowls or burritos.

NOW I know what a poke bowl is, and I love it! The server was patient with my inexperience, served me with a smile, and the food was fresh and delicious. While the surroundings were a bit austere, this didn't detract from the meal. I would eat here every chance I had, if I wasn't from 200 miles away!

The food is so good, but, I wanted them to add more amount because I payed a lot and just got a bit.

I had a craving for poke yesterday so decided to give this place a try and they did not disappoint! Enjoyed it so much that I'm going back again today! The food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the build your own bowl with salmon and ahi tuna. Definitely preferred the salmon, but overall everything was great. The interior decor is also very nice!

The food is fresh and fast. I love the kind and friendly service we receive on our frequent Sunday visits. Spicy tuna is my favorite. The restaurant has a wonderful variety of options to add to your bowl with an excellent selection of topping (INCLUDING hot cheeto dust). I finish my meal off with a Monster Energy drink, but there are many other drink options if that's not your thing. Enjoy!

I love poke house but not particularly this location. First, they charge $1 to order online. This is hidden in the taxes and fees. Then they charge 0.50 cents for sauce on the side. I asked for sauce on the side and it wasn’t in my to go order so the very unpleasant lady did give me sauce on the side but was so grumpy about it. They also got my bowl wrong but I was already home so they said they would fix it but I would have to drive all the way back. I wish a better poke house was located in Round Rock. I just felt nickled and dimed on top of receiving poor customer service.

I walked in to get food and before i could even order, i was told me employee to "get out" and "leave" with no reason.this is the only place within 20 miles that i can eat due to my condition.i told them i needed food and that i can't eat anything, salty, sugary, fried or red meat, but they didn't care.i am now waiting at the hospital to get the nutrients i need. $15 sushi bowl or $600 hospital visit? Lesson learned, don't ever try to come to this place.

Had the large poke bowl. Love the variety of add ons it has. It truly opens up your taste buds on a diff level. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a healthier option.

Spanish girl couldn’t understand “white rice”. After telling her 4 times, she threw down the bowl and left to the back. I was told I confused her; heck, I even pointed at the rice. Whatever. Guess I have to go back to school to learn Spanish before I am allowed to the stores. What ever happened to decent service? This is not the only place here in town that has substandard service. Ugh… 0 stars would be more like it. Let me finish on a positive note, the girls that took over and the cashier were very nice.

We are frequent customers. However this is our second time that we ordered Poke rice bowl with white rice which was not fully cooked. We ordered one brown and one white rice. The brown was perfectly fine but white rice was not fully cooked. We called the store to have them checking their white rice but they said the white rice looks fine to them. They said it may be the rice cooker. Iit was mixed, some were okay and some are not fully cooked so it kind of hard to see.
