Polish Parker and Roe, Houston TX

Found this nail salon while in Houston for a work trip. Even though I came later in the day, they were very kind and accommodating. Tina did a fantastic job on my nails. She had an impeccable attention to detail and took her time even though it was within the hour they closed. I am very impressed and would come back here next time I’m in Houston!

Terrible customer service. I drove in today at 5: 22 (was on a rush and made sure to show up with ample time to get my service completed) and requested to get my toe nail fixed. A SINGLE ACRYLIC TOE NAIL. I was told I would be helped soon. I waited, and waited… because the technicians were busy- great, I understand. I was patient. After 30 minutes, 2 more customers show up and as soon as the techs gets done, begin servicing them. Mind you, they did not have an appointment either. As soon as they sat, they were asked if they wanted a drink etc. I don’t know if it was because I looked a certain way or what, I definitely felt discriminated. I was there before, and my service would’ve taken 15 minutes max. Attend to the customers in the order they arrive. If not, explain. I literally walked out and am barely leaving. 45 minutes of my life wasted. What a bummer!

Service is great, I feel like a VIP every time I go, the receptionist, Jocelyn was very helpful.

I came here with a friend. Very cute and clean nail salon. Greeted by a sweet front receptionist. I have had trouble finding a place that I’m happy with. I get an overlay done on my nails. I will say I don’t think the front desk knew what I was talking about but the nail tech (Ivy) did and she did a great job!

Ms. Tammy, along with all of the staff, are the best! I am a regular customer and highly recommend this salon. Making appointments is best, but during the day, walk ins usually get serviced pretty quickly.

The best place for a mani and pedi! I’ve been coming here since they opened! You don’t need a massage chair because they give the most ah-mazing pedi massage!

I found Polish Parker and Roe via Instagram. I called and booked an appointment with no trouble at all. I was serviced by Tina! She was super sweet. My nails were down bad, I had an acrylic overlay that I had thoroughly destroyed. Tina got me right with a sparkly dip powder set on my natural nails. I'll definitely be back.
