Polished Family Dental, Fort Worth TX

It is my first time going to this dentist and all the staff and the doctor was very welcoming and a very friendly atmosphere. Glad to know there is still people out there who treat people with kindness and love.

I had a good visit earlier this month with my 8 fillings. Dr Pope did well. His assistant that day (sorry for forgetting name) was great.
I did leave out there with sensitivity that I didn't have before but they're taking care of me to resolve it.
I'll be adding star (s) when we resolve that issue.
The front of the office staff is welcoming and sweet. They're the stars of the office to me.
Finally, they're also military friendly #Hooah

Update:
This past Monday, Dr. Pope worked on my sensitivity issue. We're giving it time to see how that goes. I'm adding a star, in advance.
Also, I had half of my deep cleaning done.
It went great with Kadessa-RDH.
She was sweet, educated me well, and made me feel comfortable.
Ask for Kadessa!
Dr. Pope did great numbing me beforehand.

Update: I had my deep cleaning completed today.
Dr Petta administered my numbing shots today. They didn't numb that well today. He did ask while my deep cleaning was being done if I needed more numbing but I decided to try without more. I wasn't feeling to trusting like I am with Dr Pope.
Kadessa-RDH did an amazing job again. She taught me a lot about flossing, dental care, and what poor dental health leads to. She's incredibly sweet and gently thorough in her work.

I'll be working with them for the foreseeable future and will recommend them.

I’ve been once for a cleaning and it was a great experience! The office is nice and the rooms have TVs in them so you can watch something while the hygienist cleans your teeth. The front desk ladies were also super nice.

Polished Family Dental is the best dental practice I've been to. My main concerns when visiting the dentist are that it tends to be uncomfortable and I'm worried I'll be told I need something fixed that really doesn't. With Polished Family Dental I no longer have those concerns. Kadessa did an amazing job with the cleaning by being thorough while not being rough. The dentists have always been honest and I've never felt pressured to have work done I wasn't convinced I needed. The whole practice is very friendly and I'm very satisfied with my care. Friendly staff, considerate, understanding, loving, and compassionate. Everyone I met is polite, honest, and professional. I always look forward to seeing my hygienist, Ms. Debora, one of the kindest and most lovely people on earth! There are never surprises in my bill. Any treatment suggested is discussed with me thoroughly why it should be good and the applied cost if any. I never felt manipulated or pushed into choosing one treatment over the other. Thank You!

Kadessa checked my teeth and did a VERY thorough cleaning. She is AWESOME!

I was a little apprehensive about switching dentists after 20+ years. Polish Dental exceeded my expectations on the very 1st visit. Kadessa was thorough with the initial exam and explained their processes along the way. Polish Dental came highly recommended and they did not disappoint.

We’ve been taking our family here regularly and they have taken great care of us. I was especially impressed yesterday when they were able to squeeze me in last second for a bad toothache. Within 30 minutes of calling, I was in the chair getting prepped for a root canal. Doctor Pope did a great job and 24 hours later I’m pain free and able to eat normally again.

I was really afraid of going to the dentist, can you imagine it a 68 yo man, 23 years in the USMC and retired cop. I had the best experience I have ever had. Kadessa-RDM did a great job cleaning my teeth, making me feel safe and pain free. She is a very nice young lady and did her job very professionally. First time visiting Polished Family Dental. I was recommended through the Veterans Affairs. They made me feel welcomed and my dental needs important. Kadessa, the RDH was awesome! She explained things to me in detail.

Just went today and Deborah was very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand everything. I have not been to a dentistry in a very long time and they made me feel very comfortable there, Dr. Cook and Miss Deborah were both very gentle and gave me no discomfort. Will be going back soon and don’t plan on going anywhere else.

I was referred to Polished Family Dental by Veteran Affairs and had an excellent experience. The staff was warm, professional, and truly valued providing top-notch care to veterans. I've been going here for years, love this place! They have always been very informative, helpful & caring. Kadessa - RDH was excellent, she definitely help & explained everything well that I needed to know about my visit. Plus Cheyenne was so kind to help me out with my insurance & willing to work with me on it. That's what Polished Family Dental is about, care & love. Very easy intake process as a new patient. Friendly staff at reception. Dental hygienist greeted me by name and was very accommodating, informative about various preliminary assessments, and gentle during examination and cleaning. Dr. Polk gave a thorough exam and answered my questions. I agreed to the option fluoride treatment and they told me about the (reasonable) extra cost up front. I look forward to going back.
