Polished Nails Studio, Katy TX

Gel started chipping off of multiple nails after only 4 days. I know gel is known not to last as long as dip, but I have never had an issue with it lasting any less than 2 weeks, and most of the time, closer to 3 weeks. By the end of the first week, 2 of my nails polish were pretty much halfway gone. Considering the price I paid for this service, I am quite disappointed.
To be fair, I’m still giving 3 stars because their pedicures are 5 star worthy, last long, and are reasonably priced. Manicure on the other hand, would be a 2 from me.

It was such a wonderful experience coming here. They were very professional and called me back quickly and were able to accommodate my last minute appointment. The location is great and they are all welcoming and nice. I felt so comfortable and we talked the entire time. They were reasonably priced and the ambiance was great. I loved the fact that they took their time checking to see if I liked it so far and making sure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend this nail studio, you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love Polished Nail! They do such a great job, all of the technicians are amazing. There are also a ton of different services that are offered that you can’t get anywhere else. The owner is very involved with her salon and her customers, which I have never experienced. I love it, that she knows and greets everyone she sees. It’s definitely the type of place where you feel like you matter! I highly recommend Polished Nail!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I went today for the first time and everbody was very friendly. My nails got done by Julie who did an incredible job. I already tried many nail salons but this one was by far the best one.

Went to this place for a pedicure with my friends. Receptionist and staffs were nice and friendly. We did the Nails Studio Pedicure which you get to pick our your aroma choice. While all my other friends were asked to pick out their flavor and offer a drink, the lady that did my pedicure did not ask me if I wanted a drink or to pick out flavor choice, which is fine I don’t really care much about that. I did not notice my nails until the next day (because I don’t see well without my contact lenses) how they were poorly shaped and painted. Photos below is how my nails look less than 24 hours after the pedicure done. Unfortunately we were visiting Houston I did not have time to come back to get it fix. I paid almost $80 with tip for the pedicure. Very disappointed.

Absolutely loved my experience at this place. I did head spa with Amy, and it was literally the best thing I've ever experienced. So relaxing!
After that, I did book a session for pedicure with Amy, and that session also went very well. Definetely recommend this salon!

I went with my two daughters and it was an amazing experience, it made us feel like we were royalty, they were very nice, very recommend it
