Pollo Campero, Houston TX

This place has become a go to for quick good lunch. Its not very pricey, the chicken and sides are quite good and the service in the dinning room is very good. The ladies often ask how I am doing doing. The drive through is a bit different story, the one time I used it they struggled to take my order for some reason when it was rather simple. No real problem, I recommend.

Excellent experience at the Bellaire location. Friendly staff and good chicken - you should try the grilled chicken as the lime and other flavors are unique and DELICIOUS! Fried chicken is also good but the grilled is great.

Menu changed, so they don’t have the special sauce that comes with the yuca fries. No more beans or rice. Came by surprise, more like American food now.

First time here and the cashier was courteous and explained their menu, the place was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the server was very friendly she treated me like a family member. I understand theyre pricier than it competitors but they served you in real plates and provide real silverware which enhance the experience along with their flavorful food, I'll definitely be back soon.

Very nice servers. Great fast food and always hot. Spacious seating and clean. Makes up for little parking in front but more is in the back.

I love pollo campero. They always nice to costumers. Prices are a little high but I guess it’s alright.

It's very tasty and crunchy. The service is fast too. I don't give 5 stars because the place is kind of "stingy" with the sides and the sauce. If you buy a 20 pieces bucket they give only 4 small sides with 5 pieces of bread which are not enough of course and 2 very tiny sauces. KFC's or POPEYES 20 pieces bucket comes with 4 big sides, many pieces of bread, lots of sauces plus a big lemon pie for the same price.

2.5 stars really, barely tastes like the ones in S. America and the prices, u might as well go to other chicken places

Very good food but i got so surprise the they don't have sugar substitutes.wow how bad i had to drink my tea without any sweetener on it.since i can't have. Real sugar

We we're not sure what we were expecting when we came in but we are glad we did! Chicken was just right with a very grilled flavor, the corn salad was super yummy, the rice was good, the sauce on our sandwiches was awesome. Our only complaint was the girl at the counter was mumbling and when I mentioned I could not hear her, she rolled her eyes and called someone else over instead of just speaking up. Hope her day gets better!

BEST POLLO CAMPERO LOCATION IN TOWN! Food is cooked to perfection without over cooking. Chicken very juicy and not dry. I have been to other locations and they are not up to par with this location! Staff is polite and helpful. I will definitely be back to eat here!

Not worth it. Pollo asado was out, during lunch time! Only fried chicken available. They have no salsa bar and their server was rude.

General manager and crew members are wonderful with delicious sandwich and ice cream, try extra crunchy and camperitos, hmmmm, yummy.
