14Terrible drive through service workers were playing around inside and it took forever to get my order of two simple things, was sitting in drive through for over 30 min with no one in front of me
Espect a 30min + wait just to get to the window and they not have chicken. That’s the Main thing ppl go for wth?
Today I called Pollo Regio on Mansfield Highway for information. The young man that answered was so helpful, upbeat and so positive.
He asked me what time I was coming and I told him about 12: 30 pm.
When I arrived he remembered and recognized my voice from our phone conversation.
This young man is Desmond. He’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the restaurant and made me feel very welcome and appreciated my business.
I plan to keep coming back here because the service and especially the food is so authentic and delicious.
Please hire more young men like Desmond!
I came around 8pm and they close at 10pm. When I wanted to order 3 whole chickens from a CHICKEN joint they told me they didn’t have any chicken. And when I asked them why don’t they have anything they just ignored me and kept saying they don’t have any chicken. Tf kind of restaurant place is that nvv
I stopped here to get chicken soup for my wife who is very sick. Polo regio Forest Hill Texas the young man behind the counter went above and beyond is duties to help me out EVERY STORE SHOULD BE FULL OF KIDS JUST LIKE HIM. I'VE BEEN TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD SERVICE LIKE THAT EXCELLENT JOB
Entered the restaurant and went to the counter. No one there. You could hear people in the back. Tried cal calling out. Another customer came in, asked us if anyone was there, called out again. My husband found what appeared to be a door to the kitchen, stuck his head in. Finally got someone to help us.
I ordered nachos and asked for chicken and carne asada. The young lady who took my order was curt and rude to say the least. She was overly focused on telling me how much the order would be as if I could read the menu prices and add the prices.
I asked for the manager and when I voiced my concern over her attitude, I was told " shes having a bad day. "
I came to the restaurant to eat lunch, not to be treated less than.
I wont be returning.
WHAT IS WITH THIS LOCATION? I HAVE GONE THREE TIMES IN THREE MONTHS AND THEY EVERY TIME I GO THEY NEVER HAVE CHICKEN? IM NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING. GET TO WORK OR GET YOU SOME NEW WORKERS CAUSE THESE WORKERS OBVI AINT MAKING YOU NO SALES. TAKING MY MONEY TO GRAND PLAZA! DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION THEY EITHER DONT HAVE CHICKEN OR YOU WILL BE WAITING AND HOUR TO BUY CHICKEN AT THIS POINT YOU CAN MAKE IT YOURSELF AT HOME AS LONG AS THEY TAKE.
20 minute wait and there was 3 cars ahead of me seriously if the chicken or something is going to take longer to cook please let people know instead of making us wait. I went at 5: 04 kid in the head set didn’t even know how to do his job
Placed order Monday sep 13th at 9: 42 online went to pick it at 9: 50 and they didn’t have my food ready as they said they were closed. Online order was completed and I used my discount code and was still charged for an order I didn’t receive. If the restaurant is closed I feel like they should at least turn off online ordering so I don’t go through the trouble of going to pick up a non existent order. Manager told us to cancel the order which we were unable to do through the app as the order said completed and she didn’t offer to give us the refund herself.
I visit at least once or twice a week. I love the food and the service here, always on point. Met the regional manager Frank, very kind and happy person! He recommended a few things on the menu I hadn’t had yet. The burger was delicious. Thank you ️
Went through drive thru at 7: 45pm ordered #1 and was told they were out of chicken.would I like something else. You close at 10pm and you're out of chicken? No I would not like something else. No chicken you're a chicken restaurant that has 2 more hours to be open. I don't understand.
It was so bad at the food wasn't ready they were low on stock nothing was prepared & having to wait for 40 minutes for the food I recommend u not to go there
