I don’t know where to start from! Overall, Great experience I had living here. Specifically, the staff goes above and beyond for you! Believe it or not! Trevor is the leasing professional who has been a great help for md while moving from a different state!

Honestly, you don’t get people like this who wants to help people! The new management is doing A-LOT! Fir residents in all possible way!

Michelle, Marvin and Trevor! They are professionals and respects you when you walk in for s HELP!

I have a visit to DMV and was trying to correct my name on leasing agreement. Everything was taken care by Trever and as I could not make it to my apartment on time, while leaving the office he corrected my name and organized my agreement in a file and tossed it in my patio! What else you need if you have such a great staff who always wanted to help!

I just got my car stolen! And not too long ago someone stole my neighbors truck as well not only that a few months ago there was a stabbing incident 3 buildings away from me, and “security” were nowhere to be found! Or the last ones to arrive! Plus neighbors are extremely loud! I do not recommend this place at all! And obviously office “can’t do anything” about my stolen car! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Living here for about 2 years … they just got new management and 5Stars for them. They are trying to make the apt a better place and it’s looking great so far.and if you need any type of maintenance they are ON IT. I didn’t rate 5 stars because at night we can NEVER find parking. The parking lot is always full and we have to walk with our younger children from a far away parking space. It’s annoying, overall, they added some new stuff in our apt since living here and we like it

The Legend Community is an excellent property, Ms. Machado and her team are great. They make you feel part of the team right from the first visit. I work with WeDoTrash, and we service the property five days a week. In my experience, the community is clean and well maintained and that is a reflection of the property management team. They listen and communicate with the residents constantly. They are proactive and handle issues personally and promptly. They are professional and just great people to work with. I appreciate their hospitality and dedication to their profession.

Cons:
If your looking for a place to live that's quiet look elsewhere. It's anything far from quiet. Neighbors blast music extremely loud (and even past 10pm) to where the floor/walls vibrate and other neighbors sit outside on their balcony (about 3-6 of them) and start having conversations between the hours of 10pm-4am like they're at a tailgating event. Both are extremely inconsiderate and selfish. I've had countless nights of being woken up (at 2,3 and 4am) due to both neighbors. I've also brought this to management's attention but very little has been done. They've said multiple times they would speak to the tenants but tentants actions continue to happen. The police aren't much help either. They come by to tell tenants to quiet down but as soon as police leave the tenants continue their disruptive behavior. No fines, nothing.

Another small con are tenants never picking up after their dogs, such an simple/easy task yet folks are to lazy.

If mental sanity, health and sleep is a priority your way better off paying the extra $300-500 for a more quieter apartment complex that has strict "no disruptive noise" policies in place.

Pros:
The rent is cheap and the apartment itself is spacious. There were a few maintenance issues the first week of my move in but maintenance staff was very quick to fix/resolve which I appreciated a lot. The front office staff are pretty friendly and kind. The complex is having a recent renovation (ex: granite countertops, keyless front doors, new lights and backsplashes for stove tops).

Conclusion:
My advice- Rent at your own risk, visit the complex FIRST if you can and ask questions about the apartment and surrounding neighbors so that your not stuck in a year contract like I am.

Since this company Legends has taken over I HATE IT HERE. They plan on doing renovations while you're still living here and I have a remote work from home position that I don't feel like taking vacation days for renovations that they're forcing upon us and cant wait until our lease is up and then doing the renovation. Then they got rid of the security forces that watches the parking lots to keep our cars from being stolen or broken into now we have no one to call if something like it happens or if there's noise control because you have noisy neighbors that there's no way to call anybody to get them to calm down. Do yourselves a favor and don't rent from these people as soon as my lease is up I plan on leaving.

I've officially been approved and am just waiting to move in. I got to work with Kaylee who really did make the process feel seemless and easy. It was my first time applying alone so of course I was nervous and had tons of questions, she was there to answer them and was quick to respond as well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Worst experience. First they tried make me pay more stating on my credit that I owed my old apartment which ain’t true cause I even looked it up myself and nothing popped up. Second when I attempted to look at my apartment Kailee lied and said I was get wood floors and the restroom was be outside my room not inside. Then on my move in day they closed early. But I received a voicemail around one stating that on Monday morning I can come in and move in instead of Friday and so I came in on Monday and they had given my apartment away. The manager was rude as hell and Kailee called me a liar after I had proof on the voicemail to come in Monday morning to move in. They just want you money and they shouldn’t be calling their future residents liars. It’s not my fault they don’t know how communicate within each other. If their was a negative zero I would give it to them their unprofessional.

I have been living at these apartments for about a week and I absolutely Love them! And Mervin is so awesome and was very helpful with my whole process and keeping me updated about openings. He is so nice and always has a smile on his face. I highly recommend these apartments! They are really nice and feels what a home should feel like.

My brother was moving from out of town and needed a place asap as he just got full custody of his kids. I found these they're affordable, clean, spacy. Mervin was awesome in talking to me and emailing my brother to get him in a unit! Move in is the 28th this month and I want to thank Mervin for making this move incredibly easy for my brother and his kids!

I love this apartment already I’ve lived her for a short time but everything here is so lovely and the staff all of them are absolutely spectacular. Especially Lisa she is a super sweet kindhearted woman. Who helped me every step of the way when I was signing my lease I couldn’t be more happier with my apartment. So thank you Polo Club staff for making my stay so far the best!

THANK U SO VERY MUCH FOR MAKING MY FAMILY AND I FEEL AT HOME WE JUZ MOVED TO DIZ APARTMENTS AND WE R LOVING OUR HOME SWEET HOME. MERVIN. DOES A OUTSTANDING JOB TO MAKE US FEEL HAPPY. IM HANDICAP AND I WAS PARKING FAR FR MY BUILDING AND HE HELP ME OUT BY PLACING A HANDICAP PARKING FOR ME THANK U SO MUCH AND MAINTANCE HERE R FRIENDLY AND R ON TOP OF THE WORK ORDERS. I haven’t moved in yet (move in date is in October, 2021), but I felt the need to give this place 4 stars just for the customer service alone. I was emailing back and forth with Lisa for weeks and she was so kind, patient, and understanding. I bombarded her with questions and information about my situation and she still treated me kindly and worked with me to get me into an apartment. I was apartment hunting for months and this place was the only place willing to hear me out and work with me. It’s also very affordable and a beautiful complex. I can’t wait to move in. Hopefully everything goes well after I move in, so I can come back and give this place 5 stars instead of 4.

Is a comfort and well maintained Apartment complex, you will find they maintain theyre standards with the upkeep on various landscaping, pool, fitness, and laundromat facilities, as well as the Dog park. Friendly service and responds to maintenance request in a timely manner. Thanks

I have been living here around 5 years in multiple buildings And multiple floor Plans To be quite honest I grew up in this area all my life You could do a lot worse than living here I believe for the area that we are in They are by far the best option regardless of price The management is wonderful and maintenance is great.

I have lived here for a year now so here's my review of the property, management, and the apartment itself. The beginning for the apartment was rocky, I had to call maintenance for the shower, the AC and dishwasher. They came quick though. Everything got done within a week. After that, everything's been great and I haven't had anymore problems inside my apartment. Management has always been super awesome and helpful. I have got to talk to all of them at least once. Robert is the one that helped me with my lease and anything else I've ever needed help with so he's the coolest one in my book. As for the property, they do well to empty out the trash and recycling before it gets out of the dumpster. Sometimes it does overflow but they can't control how much people throw out. As for around, I've walked around a few times and there is some very light trash sometimes but nothing to make you think you are living is a dump. As for the amenities, the pool is always clean from what I've seen. I personally haven't used it. The gym however I have used. It's a little small so there isn't too much and some of the equipment is a little wonky but it's there. If that's a big thing for you well there ya go. As for the people that live here, everyone I have interacted with was very kind. I even had a package sent to the wrong door and they returned it to me unopened. I did have some downstairs neighbors that would just send random complaints to me like dog poop on the patio (which I don't own a dog and I'm on the third floor) but they moved out so it's all good again. Overall, great place and great people for a great price. I do recommend that if you have joint problems to live on the first floor as there are no elevators. Hope my review helps.

Edit: For an update after the snowstorm on how they handled it, they handled it well. They sent emails and texts constantly instructing what to do to get the best out of the situation and informed us of resources around us with contact info. They also have been working hard to fix everything that the storm may have broke. They do inform you about 3-4 days in advance before doing repairs. Overall, they handled it very professionally and am still very happy living here.

I've been here almost a year, and I must say, I have lived in a few apartments since 2006, and Polo Club has 5 star maintence service, they are very prompt on addressing any given situation, everytime I have needed them they have been there for me and very kind as well. I recommend this place to anyone that has had issues with maintenance in the past, I haven't even really had any issues, there was a flea situation but that was because of the last tenant, they fixed that immediately, very quiet at night on the weekends, I feel very good about Polo Club. I am going to be renewing my lease, I have never called an apartment home until now.

Update: Been here 5 years now and I still have the same sentiments over Polo Club Apartments, I have been very happy with the stroller service management provides, they truly have been there. My only hope is that they are able to improve the upkeep of the property, I feel this falls on the residents who don’t care or pick up after their pets, other than that, this is still a great place to live. Very safe.
