I don’t recommend getting a car in this messy place. They take forever to get paper work together, it’s been 2 months since we got a car and they still haven’t submitted paper work to send in our license plates and title.
They do a poor job communication wise.

JUST BOUGHT MY DREAM CAR 2 MONTHS AGO AND COULDN’T BE MORE HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! I WILL BE THERE NEXT MONTH TO BUY MY WIFE SHER CAR! AND THEY ALSO TREATED ME BETTER THEN OTHER 5 STAR DEALERS! BEST DECISION I’VE DONE.

SCAMMERS! 3 months ago We bought a car from them for $14,000 and then it turned out to be a total loss - they didn't tell us anything. Now we can sell the car for a maximum of 2,500 dollars (we cannot use it). And they also promised us to put a monitor in the car - and after installation, the rear view camera stopped working - they simply cut the wires - and it cost us a lot to fix everything back.
Don't be fooled! Do not buy a car from this dealership.

BUYER BEWARE. Ponce sells cars with Salvaged titles and with FAKE Car Fax and Auto Checks. THEY DON"T tell you. Eduardo said it was his own personal car. My mechanic ran the VIN it's listed as a SALVAGE TITLE CAR. He told me only minor front end damage-Front plastic bumper with cracks. My mechanic came back saying the entire front end had been in a major collision. $7,100 to repair. Yes it is used. Yes I should have checked it out BUT EDUARDO SHOULD HAVE DIVULGED WHAT HE KNEW. It's criminal and I am taking steps in that direction.
