Poor Folks Glass, Houston TX

I had called them earlier this week to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced. They told me they had Friday open so I got an appointment for Friday morning. I was told that they would call me when they were in the way and that if I didn’t answer, they wouldn’t come which is understandable. I waited around all Friday morning and then all afternoon and evening and no one called or showed up. I was never called to say they were delayed or that something came up. Don’t have a choice of going to someone else as the dealership I bought my vehicle from is the one paying for it. Will call and leave a voicemail today and see if someone gets back to me.

Great price and great service. Everyone was nice, honest and efficient.
