Won't open lobby! Back to buy Dad a chicken sandwich and won't open doors again. No sign, just rude employees!

They charge for condiments, none are free. Just beware. Already cost alot to begin with. Not a budget friendly fast food joint.

Make sure you have plenty of time to sit in line. 28 minute wait from the time I placed my order to the time I got my food. Horrible.

I just left feeling great thanks to a total stranger! The current manager is the absolute best, you can just tell by how personable he is and he was super friendly! He went above and beyond to fix a simple mistake and I really appreciated his customer service! - Reference to DoorDash leaving my two chicken sandwiches but he made it right:)

Waited 7 minutes at the speaker in the drive through to take my order, 22 minutes with 2 cars in front of me to get my sandwich. Will not come back.

When I go somewhere and stop to get food to eat I don’t need my food over cooked and slightly burnt. Next time I’ll just wait until I get closer to home before I stop to get anything else and that’s bad business do to I’m not even from Kilago I was just down here taking care of some business.

Stopped by Friday afternoon and the manager there put me in a great mood for the rest of the day with his amazing personality! Also, the second manager came in before I left and he was just as bubbly and personable even though he was working alone on shift and super busy. I'll deffo be going back just to get them good homey vibes! Thanks gentlemen, your indispensable essence has had a lingering effect for days after.

Chicken Sandwich with cole slaw.best ever. Hubby had chicken sandwich with fries and cole slaw. Said excellent. Been a fan of Popeyes for a long time.

48 mins in drive thru at 9 at night letting one car at a time go thru. Seriously. Get these people some help because that's ridiculous

Showed up at 730pm tonight and parked to dine in go to open the door it was locked walked to other side it was looked no signs saying dine in closed or anything other than the windows were disgustingly dirty probably was a sign we didnt need to eat their anyhow

You have a wonderful woman working your drive thru! We went to Popeye's last night. We were greeted by a wonderful voice who took our orders patiently. When we got to the window I was excited to meet this person! Kudos to yall for having an employee who cares as much as shes does! We will be back!

Placed an online order and the restaurant in kilgore would not give me my food even after showing the receipt where I paid for it. They said "anybody can show a receipt. " What? I sent them an email and they refunded my money but I still have no food

We waited in the drive thru for 30 mins on two chicken sandwiches. Then the fries were cold and the breading on the chicken was soggy.

Will never go to this Popeyes again. Went today to pickup part of an order from earlier in the week that I payed for but was not in my bag when I got home in another town. The doors were locked when I got there at lunch time. I went to the drive thru and the manager said they did not have enough staff to open the inside. Like their food to bad they are not going to make.

WORST FAST FOOD RESTURANT IN KILGORE. Employees are extremely unprofessional. No one wears masks. They always close early. If you pull up to the drive thru to place an order after 9: 30pm no one will answer the speaker. You will be ignored until you finally give up and drive off. Cleanliness of the store is an absolute joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

We arrived at 11 a.m. For lunch but the lady at the window told us they needed 30 more minutes before opening. So they don’t open on time.

The food gets 4 stars, however the staff are rude and could really care less and treat you so. If it wasn't that I enjoy the food and it's the closet to me 30 mile round trip I would never go there again just because of the rude unkind employees.

Girl at drive thru was super nice but they got my order wrong. Went back next day and paid for same meal made right And the biscuits that they gave me was hard enough to knock a brick wall down. That stinks too. So I say get your act together in the drive-thru check and make sure your customers orders are correct That after all is part of your job.

The chicken was tiny and way over cooked or it had been setting for hours. That’s the second time that’s happened. Won’t go back worst Popeyes ever.
