They often don't get the order correct. I complained hoping to get things a little better. All that happened was someone called me and wanted to give me a free meal.
I really don't like that.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches which are being advertised as flounder filets. This fish sandwich did not taste like flounder at all, fish was strong and had an old taste to it, horrible, I threw it in the trash! Save your money, don't waste it on this sandwich!

Too often they mistake orders, I always park near after going through drive through. They fix the problem well but it is just happening too often, I shouldn't need to drive back in 1/3 of the times I go there. And what happen to sauce, they are not asking if I want any. Overall it is a good place.

Really wish they had kept Cajun rice on the menu. I ordered a fish sandwich combo with fries and a strawberry fanta. They had no fries so I substituted Cole slaw. I get home and I got fish strips and a biscuit. I take it back and they give me a fish sandwich. So I ask for a corn on the cob. You got it. No corn on cob either. No bragging rights today!

I saw that Popeyes was offering a new flounder fish sandwich and I had to try it - we love their chicken sandwich and their fries - so good.so I was hoping that the fish sandwich would be as good - and it was! Now, this location might not be the best Popeyes in the world, but the food is good, the service is usually pretty quick and the price isn't bad - so give it a try - and don't sleep on that fish sandwich!

Food was OK but the employees, never seen such a disorganized bunch, they all need to go to In and Out burger or Chik fil A and learn about proper service and organization.

I had a time sensitive coupon that I needed to show via the Popeyes app. The drive through was quite long so I parked to enter the building. However, both entry doors were locked with no signage explaining why. The coupon ended up expiring before I could use it so I left. Big fail on both Popeyes corporate for time-limiting a coupon for 15 mins. This was just a deal the app had alerted me to via a push notification and there was no real indication that there would be an extremely limited time window to use it upon viewing. 2nd failure is on the location for locking their doors with no notice as to why at lunchtime. I imagine this was extremely inconvenient to any food delivery drivers needing to pick up food quickly and not be forced to wait in a long drive through line.

The chicken served to me was old and uneditable- I honestly became I'll the food was so bad. The management team should have known by the coloring and how long the food had been that it was not fit for consumption. It's now 2 days later and I still can't eat.

Stopped at this popeyes for two spicy Chicken sandwich meals. Saturday January 2nd around 135-145. Ask for the chicken to be left down extra crunchy and sauce on side. Got to window ask again if the chicken was Crunchy was told yes. Get home the entire meal was cold not even a lil bit warm and the chicken was not crunchy. Tried to call location several time no answer. Would appreciate someone contact me back about this issue.

Extremely rude! Picked up an Uber order or at least tried to. I’m assuming it was the manager that was so rude. No one asked if I needed help so I said I was here for Uber. I don’t think she spoke English. I waited five more minutes and asked if it was almost ready. She ignored me so I left.

Food is good but service is lacking. Out of chicken an hour before closing, and ALWAYS check your order before you drive away.

Not impressed with the chicken. Small pieces and greasy. Love the dirty rice and red beans & rice

Food is good. Pricing is high for the quantity of food and they always seem to be out of something.

I come in here 3 to 4 times a week... Very Poorly Managed Location.

I've contacted coorporate over getting my order wrong well over 7 times... If you're on 30min lunch... Better stop elsewhere

Tonight's visit was good. You never know what experience you will have, but this time, the food was excellent (fresh, hot, lots of meat on the bone), the staff was courteous, and they were fast. All this with a busy [lots of customers] restaurant. Way to go! Thumbs up.

I think this was my first time eating at a Popeyes, maybe when I was younger I ate at one but I'm not sure. Went inside to order food and everything was great. Wasn't very busy inside so our food came quickly, people were nice and helpful, order was correct and food was hot. Place was clean. The red beans and rice was really good. We got the $20 meal halac hot and half regular and it was more than enough for two adults and a kid.

This 2 star rating was due to the environment of the store. Dirty tables, no ice, no tea, I seriously think they need more staff or something. The food was just like every other but this places needs to step it up. Red Bull? Monsters?

Order taking could only whisper making it difficult to confirm. She also moved slowly like she didn't. As always

I came in about 3: 30pm yesterday. Ordered 2 2-piece boxes which came with two pieces of chicken, biscuit and red beans and rice. I ASKED for two extra potatoes and gravy. When I got home I had two 3-piece boxes AND NO POTATOES AND GRAVEY, yet I was charged for the potatoes. Now I have to go back to get a refund. The chicken was overcooked and not what I remember Popeyes Chicken to taste like Very disappointed.

The cashier spoke quietly and when I asked to repeat, she didn't repeat, therefore terrible customer service.
