Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Houston TX

I ordered online and when we went to pickup the order we were told that the order didn't show for the store.we showed proof then the cashier stated uhh everybody wants chicken! Nobody else was there at that moment not in the restaurant or drive-thru.basically we got refunded thru the bank since no one wanted to wk. Others came and they had locked the door so no one else could come in. Very poor service never again

Tell the cook on Thursday @5: 30 he served me tha best season fryed in the world so good Omg I enjoy it so much No Popeyes can beat this one an I'm from tha south side (Cullen) That's right I said it.

Chicken is fresh but EVERY time I order I always have to drive back because my order is incorrect. EVERY TIME!

Absolutely horrible. Went thru the drive thru. Paid and was told to move up and they will bring me my food. 20 minutes later, I go inside to get my money back because I still don't have my food. Never ever going here again

Try to avoid coming here late night, the staff are easily grumpy and will give you old stale chicken! It’s late why make freshly made chicken!

They was mad slow, they had multiple cars waitin on the side that still haven’t gotten their food

I eaten here before and there foods pretty good. They had a bad review about flouring their chicken on the floor so not for sure how true this was but I stopped going there for awhile and went to new location on Jensen and Tidwell but they're not anyway better in preparing your food like it should be. I gotten my food and it was cold and tasted like it at been sitting under the light for a while on one of my visits. But you never know for sure when someone else is cooking the food you desire cause not every employee or owner take pride in serving the public cause I worked in food service and I witnessed my boss dropping a piece of fried chicken and was putting with the rest of chicken and I called him out on it and he said Linda I'm putting it back in the fryer but I said I wouldn't eat that and don't want to give to my customers so he said ok Linda I'll eat it myself and took it out.

I ordered a chicken sandwich for the first time and the lady told me to pull to the corner. I did and immediately she came out with a sandwich. The sandwich was old and stale af.like it was fried in old fish grease.

This Popeye's is clean, the workers are friendly. The chicken is hot and fresh. I have tried others Popeye's in the area. They don't come up to the service at this store.

I ordered two 3pc white combos and I received 2 ordersof 3pc dark combos. I was charged for white meat that I did not receive! I'll never buy anything from this Popeye's again, apparently their staff is extremely incompetent.

It doesn't matter what you order they ALWAYS have you park and wait for your food. Sometimes the wait is 15-20 which is riduculous!

Very rude and unprofessional. I pulled up to the window after I ordered and the girl at the window ask6 me "what chu ordered? ! " After that I waited 15 minutes for my food which was stale and dry!

Very very poor Customer service by both crew & management. Excessive delay time inside & the drive thru line. WILL NEVER SPEND $$$ HERE AGAIN.

I love my neighborhood popeyes. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The best popeyes in the city.
