Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Missouri City TX

I placed an online order at 10: 47 pm. When I got there at 10: 52 they said they were closed and never got my online order. The night manager was the rudest person I've met in a while. They argued with me about my order, got upset when I didn't know the sides kept cutting me off and was generally upset that I was there during business hours to buy food.

I will just go to Wendy's next time. Just unprofessional and trashy

Only because a. 25 is not available. Highly disappointed in the repeated poor quality in food at this location. Southwest Freeway near Sweetwater is amazing and consistent. Prices are grotesque everywhere right now. Having customers that are loyal to the brand be continuously ripped off for continuing to serve chicken that appears to look and taste WELL past its wait time. Do better for your future customers. Not me, but for the ones that that dont know.

I noticed a cook with a mask amd gloves on removing his mask to rub his nose and proceeded to touch fryers, food packages until I got his attention to address what I saw. Only then to act like he did not speak English and didn't acknowledge what I observed. When the Management was called to the counter all I was told was "she was Sorry". Sad. I won't be back

Best person ever frying their chicken. I go around six or seven and it is hot and fresh and has all the crispy parts left on…. The skin but do not tell that I love that part. Friendly and I even try to tip at the window for one young man that is kind of tall and wears glasses. All
If the workers have great attitudes. I AM FROM NEW ORLEANS AND THIS POPEYES IS ONE OF THE BEST. I hate that got rid of green beans. They were so good. Live that chicken from Popeyes!

Order the 16pcs family meal and my wife and I got really sick serious diarrhea all night! I call the store to speak with the person in-charge of the restaurant but the overall attitude towards my situation is the she didn’t care. Marcela the general manager was very unhelpful. I just don’t think it’s fair to pay $50 in food just to get sick and for Popeyes to do nothing about it. Also the staff is very unprofessional while I was on the phone with store for the second time I could hear a Hispanic voice male using profanity in Spanish saying to hang up on my face because I called earlier. Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Cherry coke is not cherry coke. Owner going cheap on ingredients and products. Ordered 2 crunchy chicken sandwiches and then 1 small cup of spicy mayo that they put on the spicy chicken they (manager female with looked like henna tattoos) said they don't do that. I said I have been ordering it like that for years from the fortbend toll road and highway 6 location by kroger location. We don't do that here. FYI - Way better quality food at the Fortbend location and drinks and they don't sacrifice quality for profit. I eat at a lot of restaurants constantly maybe 3 times or more a week. Definitely not eating here or recommending location.

Regular Popeyes food but the front desk attitude is the worst Popeyes I’ve been to (constantly, been to this store for 10+ times).

Would rather drive 10 min longer to another Popeyes nearby.

Clean establishment with very friendly workers that are willing to help you. The chicken has always been fresh for us.

Most definitely would not recommend Marcella the manager always have a attitude because you want fresh food even the girl in drive through everything is always wrong then they act like you did something wrong attitudes are horrible i wish i didn’t have to give the 1 star

Thank GOD LA Fitness is next door (5402 Highway 6) so I can work that Apple Cinnamon Pie off! That was amazing too! This is my 3rd time over the past week coming here! I love it

This chicken is too high and dry and on top of that no condiments they don't offer condiments

Lousy drive thru service. Order taker could not understand my clear college level dictio, and l could not comprehend her gutter slang. Ordered spicy 3pc meal with dark meat and mashed potato side, which was supposed to be included. Chicken NOT spicy at al, in fact tasteless. Got one drum sti k, one wing, and one breast. The mashed potato side was missing completely. Obviously the owner does not care. The franchise is going to go bankrupt at this rate. Better sell their stock short.

I always like coming to this Popeyes, the staff are nice and professional and the food is hot, fresh and delicious. It's never a major line and no one has attitudes when you order. I came here the other day and I was in and out the drive thru with ease. Great experience.

This location charges for sauce which other locations give for free. Very dishonest practice.b

Never had any problems with this location before but today's order was wrong. I wanted to order a 10 pc chicken family meal and they said they have 11pcs. I told them ok, 11pcs is good. I should have opened and checked my order when I got it but I figured what could go wrong. I got home and saw that they gave me 9pcs (8pcs chicken tenders and 1pcs fried skin). I did not order tenders. They charged me $31.00 for 8 pcs chicken tender meal. I was not going to drive another 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. Also, the chicken tenders did not taste like chicken.

I don't know what it is but this seems to be only at the ones in the Houston and surrounding area Popeyes. Whenever you order the spicy chicken it's not spicy at all like it used to be years ago or at least on par like the ones in Lousiana.
