Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, McKinney TX

Tonight we waited about 25 minutes for our food. They'd apparently given our mobile order to somebody else and had to remake it. We had ordered with four ranches but were informed at some point that they didn't have any. I said we would take blackened ranch. When the manager finally came to our car with our food, he said they had no blackened ranch and had barbecue in the bag. They didn't ask us if we wanted barbecue. They didn't offer us anything for the time we had to wait. And worst of all, the thicker tenders were not fully cooked. News flash to Popeye's: chicken is not intended to be served medium rare. It's a good way to kill your customers. Not cool, Popeye's.

This was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was jot and fresh. The wait time was short. I highly recommend this place.

I have went to this Popeyes twice since they opened each time I was greeted with the rudest most unprofessional host. The chicken is never fully cooked. I will stick to the Popeyes on Stacy Rd and 121

It's honestly hit or miss. They have a group that get the food right and it's always fresh. They have another group who definitely don't want to be there. Better than the one on 121.

Another Very Poorly run franchise! There was a car parked in front of the entry door. Only 1 other in the lobby. Waited 5 min then asked if I could order. They saw my gift card and tolld me they don't take them because their system hasn't been updated! This is a brand new store! They missed a big order. Apparently, unqualified workers abound! Go to any place else. They DO NOT DESERVE YOUR PATRONAGE!

Nice Popeyes location. The spicy chicken was fresh and really good. My kids love it, good nuggets! The people working there were friendly and very helpful with our menu questions. We have been a few times, it’s not perfect but definitely worth a stop.

Clean inside, but 1/2 their drinks on soda machine are out & they have NO cajun hot sauce. They are out. How? Their's a Popeys within 2 miles north and south of this location. Couldn't have gotten from another restaurant? Pathetic.

Simple and nice.
We ordered through app and picked up food and ate at restaurant. Everyone seemed friendly if not outgoing.
Popeyes is not cheap for fast food, but it is pretty tasty. My wife loves the creamy Cole slaw.

Very disappointed. We don't normally go to Popeyes. We feel it is a little pricey for what you get. Since the drive-thru was crowded we went inside. The girl that took our order (short girl with glasses) was the start of this epic fail. She was inaudible, no greeting, no personality what so ever. She gave me my order and it was all white meat, not what I ordered. And the coleslaw tasted bad. I was already home at this point. With bad customer service and a wrong order, they lost my business. KFC here I come.

Great service and good Popeyes nuggets, fry's and biscuit. The house music was somehow skipping or repeating so that was a little crazy.

Tbh the food was cold and mac n chz came out curdled but I feel bad giving folks less than 5 stars lol

Love Popeye's. Fast service, hot food, great location. THIS ONE IS A WINNER ON ELDORADO IN MCKINNEY. The other Popeye's in McKinney on 121 & 380 need a lot of work. They offer cold food & very slow. This one on Eldorado is super fast & has great customer service.it is fairly new though so I'll check in in a year and so and see if I feel the same way. Sorry I have no photos to post cuz I ate the evidence. Love That Chicken Popeye's

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and the food was great. I had 3 piece chicken and it was just cooked, juicy and crunchy. My wife had nuggets that were equally good. Fries were awesome also. The person behind the counter was pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

Food was good but, they did not apply the coupons I got even after I said I have coupons and handed it to the drive thru.

Love the restaurant and the workers, the foods are great and never disappoint when it come to taste. The only problem I have is the sauce.they never give me my sauce, EVERY TIME I go there and order the 4 piece chicken combo! They never give me my sauce! Please! #givememydamnsauce lol

Went to this new location and ordered spicy chicken strips and a 3 piece asked for a ton of sauces & so got home and there’s NO sauce! Wth! & then their phone doesn’t even work to call. So disappointed! Especially this being our first time at this location.
