Drive thru takes forever! Waiting over 5 mins at the speaker waiting to order. Then she tells me she would be with me in a moment…while no one else was in the drive they.

Waited for over an hour. Was told to wait 20 minutes. I drove to McDonald's next door and came back. Was told to park and they would bring it out. I decided just to get a refund. Was told since I did it on the app I would have to call. You can see the time stamp on the time I ordered and the time I received the refund

I hope corporate does something about this location, this is the worst customer service ever they don't know what they doing always giving people wrong orders and takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food i don't recommend this place.manager get to work and do something about it!

Popeyes is the best restaurant with the best chicken and great staff! My experience with them was amazing and the food was too

The people were so friendly. The food was AMAZING and I can't say enough about the service! It was an all around great experience that you wouldn't expect to see in a "fast food" restaurant. I definitely recommend it.

I am a Louisiana girl so only popeyes fried chicken will do.with red beans and rice. DAMN This food was so fresh and hot tonight its making me want to spend more money there. I got the best meal HOT CAJUN FRIES; Fresh chicken & red beans & rice still smoking! Give up to this Galveston location.

Everything I eat here, it literally takes more than a half hour to receive my food through the drive thru. All I ordered was 6 dollar box and a kids meal chicken nugget and i literally had to go inside to ask them what was going on. Very slow, bad service at this location.

I come through to pick up an order and the guy standing at the door, refused to let me in when they were clearly open, so I went back out to my car drove up to the window and the guy at the window told me to pull up, the food is now going an 1 hour late. I understand they may be short staffed, but I have worked in the food industry and know how to properly handle these situations and this is unprofessional. I will be calling the corporate office. I am not happy with the customer service here, I refuse to ever come back.

When we got our food the chicken was cod, mash potatoes was cold and hard. They didn't put no napkins in my bag and we asked for peppers didn't get.

The staff was amazing. I was having a bad day with my kids and no one made me feel worse for it. They helped me and changed my order to take out. The food was good as well.

I visited many Popeyes BUT THIS ONE IS GREAT OFF THE CHARTS IN CLEANNESS, SUPPORT FRIENDLY FOOD IS SUPER GOOD. AND GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM. I WILL DRIVE MY 15 MILES TO DINE HERE ANY TIME.

They were very busy, so I guess that's the reason they forgot to give me straws in the bag and also did not mention that I guess they ran out of lids so they put it in a cup (mashed potatoes, beans and rice, and coleslaw), then proceeded to put it in a small bag. Put those small bags inside a bigger bag which one was upside down so you can imagine I was not too pleased to clean that mess up when I got home. I won't be visiting this place anytime soon.

Rude employee, I waited 30mins number4 in line then when it’s my turn, employee is way too rude, I was just asking some stuffs and she just tell how much and gave me the food with force! Chicken is too salty! Her attitude made my night ruined!

I order a ten piece dinner meal from Popeyes. The chicken was old and dry. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The Cajun fries were awful and cold.

The spicy chicken sandwich I hear is good but, my order had an original chicken sandwich instead.the drive thru line wait is ridiculously long. And, all I'm going to say about the customer service from the employee's is rude rude and downright disrespectful. It's enough to make me never go back.

Young lady that took my order was just at nice as she could be. Great personality. But the food was grose and the building was dirty.
