Went through drive thru. They said spicy will be 2 minutes park out front. 15 minutes later came my food minus the extra gravy I had ordered. The employee gave me a cheezy grin and a thumbs up saying that looks like extra gravy to me. I asked if he would please provide me with a side of gravy that will happily pay for.still in the parking lot 15 minutes later guy never came back. Me either.

They were unorganized and let me.stay in the line for 20 minutes and told tell me they were out of chicken.my order was an online order i knew the line would be long that is ehy order online.i didn't get my food my break was over

It smells really bad in there. The health department should check them out. There’s no reason they should have that raw sewage smell. I came in on May 25th!

Loved buffalo ranch burger. It's hot and yummy. My wife loved it as well. It was her pick.we got some reward points as well thru app.

I asked for a kids meal and wanted a wing instead of a leg. She said no!
Every other Popeyes I been to has. Was about to spend another 20 dollars but whoever was working the drive thru doesn’t know how to give customers what they want or no how to handle business. You gone let one piece chicken get in the way of making money sheesh

Beware of an extremely rude hispanic lady who seems to always be rude whenever I seem to come here. Always giving me an attitude when i ask for something extra and or I discuss a mistake on an order. This time was worse, I asked for extra condiments and she grabbed the items and threw them in my bag with anger. If she doesnt like her job, just quit

Staff wasn't following covid safety procedures. No gloves, no face masks or social distancing.

Cashier digging in people bags without sanitizing hands just after accepting credit card/ cash payments.

I ordered a chicken sandwich plain, I received a chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo.

Management please talk with employees about following instructions from mobile orders.

I’m not sure why this location is still open. Probably because their the closest in the area! Every time I go there it’s something wrong. My food, or carless employees. This time my fries were thrown into the bag and my biscuit was hard as a rock! Final straw for me. They need better employees who actually care about their job and care about the food their handing out to people.

I came inside, the cashier or the person to take order was not there. She was at the drive-thru section. I waited more than 10 mins… Looking, standing. It looks like the priority is for drive-thru. So I left. I am waiting in the car. No body, said sorry or apologized. Anyway… You need a professional team

This place be super stingy with their gravy! Like my mash tastes like straight powder now! Don't dare ask for extra cuz they won't do it. Or charge u a whole other side for the Xtra gravy

Fresh food but kind of rude! A customer complained about how the drive thru employees throws peoples change in the bag instead of issuing it to them by hand! Which is a huge a mistake since the correct change may not be in the bag! The manager was backwards to instead of reprimanding her employees she scolds the old man! Then she started being snarky and condescending! That’s how you loose business!

Take your business elsewhere the rude staff working there mistreating customers and providing poor quality food. As a regular customer, I come in almost every Tuesday and get the special. On 3/15/2022 I purchased my regular meals, I paid $25.47 for 3 specials, one breast, order of rice, and mash potatoes. Since the special has a wing and thigh, I asked that if I could get two wings instead of the leg or thigh. When I get home, I noticed they gave me a piece of a chicken wing (smallest part of the wing with no meat and just bone) I was very upset because I had to go back and show them what they had given me. I went inside and showed them what they given me and instead of receiving an apology and a new wing, I am met with the worst customer service ever. The hispanic lady yelled at me and said I was lying that she did not give me a piece of bone instead of a wing. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and demanded she respect me as a long time customer and she yelled " I dont care how long you been coming here, i couldn't care less" she threw the food at me and I left, furious and very disappointed at the level of disrespect they have for customers. She did not care that the store was packed and treated me like trash. She should not be working at the store handling customer service orders until she is retrained in how you are supposed to treat customers. I will take my business elsewhere, until she is gone from this restaurant.

We’d afternoon went inside bought spicy chicken sandwich came Hm took my first bite the inside was so raw and blueshift pink. Disgusting. It wa alike badly cooked. Service was not bad by the way

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. One Mexican girl working today 11/6/21 at 5.15pm was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. She should not be a customer service representative. Personally I do not eat Popeyes chicken but I went there because of my son. That girl sets a bad image for the company. I have put this on social media too because she deserves to be FIRED. Short, ugly and rude thing. No MORE POPEYES for my family.

I don't know if it's the workers or the burnt food that they are giving there customers. I have been to several sites and the food is nasty. The customer service is worse at all of them! Why would you put a person on the mic in the drive thru line?

OMG. The price of Tuesday special almost double in the past six months. The last time I went to Popeyes (about two months ago) the price raised from $1.59 to $1.99 and now the price is $2.49 per order. The chicken is still good but the inflation make me think the Tuesday special is not special anymore. Now I understand why not so many cars lining outside Popeyes anymore. I also will look elsewhere if I craves for fried chicken.

Horrible customer service, the guy in drive thru tried to give me reheated old, small chicken like I can’t tell the difference. When I told him that I didn’t want it he had an attitude and told me all the chicken was like that. I told him I need my money back and he told me to pull to the side and I was given fresh, hot, chicken

Its only raining a little bit (drizzle) and they just put up a sign “due to the Weather lobby is closed” … LAZINESS. Now they got a line down the street
