15The sad truth is not one person cares from the owner to managers to employees. You ask why because the level of food and incorrect items served here are a sad realization that most people are worthless and have no self-worth or pride in what they do regardless the job.
Went by to order chicken after a movie. After sitting behind one car for approximately 10 minutes, we sat at drive-thru for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. After they answered, and before we said anything, they immediately told us there was a 25 minute wait for chicken. There was no one in the restaurant and 1 person behind us. We ended up leaving because it sounded like they didn’t want to serve anyone. Not friendly at all. Absolutely not a business I want to do business with. Went a couple miles down the road to a different Popeyes.
This Popeyes is SOO Unprofessional, Customer Service Sucks. Nobody understands English either. 10min at the speaker in the drive through, because the employee didn’t understand a word of what I said, then spent an additional 10 min at the window because he put extra stuff on my order that I didn’t ask for. DON’T Come Here!
ALWAYS ON POINT IN THE MORNINGS, HOWEVER I VISITED AFTER WORK ON THIS DAY. WHEN I GOT HOME MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG I CALLED BACK ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE GET ON THE PHONE ASK FOR MY TICKET NUMBER (609) WHEN I GIVE IT TO HER SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD AND NEVER COMES BACK TO THE PHONE. I HUNG UP AFTER 15 MINUTES AND THE PHONE WAS BUSY AND REMAIN THAT WAY UNTIL CLOSING. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSY ON THE EVENING SHIFT. VERY RUDE
The first 2 of my 3 chicken tenders were undercooked. Not to the point of being dangerous to eat, but just undercooked enough to have a very gross texture. I was excited they brought back their Cajun rice, but it was awful - not say all what I remembered. Perhaps they were right to removed it from the menu. Revert restaurant has bad days, and today was evidently theirs.
My husband just left there and 3 of the employees were goofing off and talking instead of helping the person from DoorDash. He tried to order spicy wings and was told a couple of times that they didn’t have enough spicy chicken. He asked how long it would take to make some and again was told that they don’t have enough spicy chicken. We already know that we usually have to wait for spicy wings to be cooked most of the time. More often than that, we’re given mild chicken instead. I don’t mind paying extra or waiting for what I want to be cooked but to be dismissed because y’all don’t have spicy chicken is ridiculous! One of these days, Popeyes will be closed like so many other restaurants and you’ll be wondering why. My husband and I are both in the service industry and we happily wait on people because without them, we won’t have a business. I hope you start taking care of your business and customers.
Rude and disrespectful.it’s 3: 30 in afternoon with people ordering at register inside already and the manager raced to door and locked me and my family out without an explanation!
This location seems to not know there's an option to order on the app. I went inside and they closed the dining room. Guess they didn't want to deal with angry customers.
Whoever was working the night shift, in the drive-thru/ window, no headsets that takes the payments on May 1st around 830 pm is EXTREMELY rude & has a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to be there then don’t.
This popeyes has never failed to disappoint. It's like playing rock, paper, scissors with your food. 1 out of 3 times you might get good food. I'm done I order 4 shrimp tackle box's and the only thing normal was the sides. The shrimp were over cooked, hard and rubbery. What a waste of money! The drinks (the one drink they had) was watered down and disgusting. I love consistency and this store doesn't have it.
Can't believe this location had fresh chicken tonight. Maybe because they have different manager. That other manager was straight up rude and no customer service manners at all
I’m sorry, but this location is a mess. They were out of items which meant the people in drive through ahead of me drove off. The cashier almost charged my card for their order. AFTER I paid, I was told it’d be 3 minutes for the Mac and cheese.then another guy asked me to pull up, 1 more minute. Okay. I pull up and sat over 10 minutes until I had to use the restroom. Parked, when inside (bathrooms were disgusting by the way) came out, and had to wait almost ANOTHER ten minutes. The wait didn’t bother me so much as the lack of honesty over the situation.
One of the guys said sorry and that they’re short staffed.but looking around that didn’t appear to be the case. Just looked totally disorganized and like several people were just standing around doing nothing.
Cashier Adelso is has a very rude attitude and this store seems to be out of everything! His excuse was “it’s a Monday”! I alternated my ordered since they seemed to be “out of everything” and he still forgot to add 2 of my sides!
Came to this location on Aprik 24 at 3: 35 pm and was told we couldnt eat in that we had to go through drive thru but the hours on the doors says lobby is open the manager on duty locked the doors to lobby
The manager said to the cashier to ignore us they took a long time and they are very rude and raises to us do not come! Her They told us that if we wanted to get chinking we had to wait or to leave at the end we did not get the chicken! They did not even say sorry to us 0-10
