Overall great chicken and employees but every time I come here I ask for an extra biscuit and every single time they forget it.

I am so bad with names I wish I remembered her name, but I had a bad Uber eats order and when I went up there the next day to either get a refund or a new order she was so kind and replaced my order with no questions asked. She was one of those kind of people that can make your day by the kindness in their tone and their words. The kindness of this woman really made my day so I felt the need to leave a good review. Not sure if she was a manager but if not she definitely deserves to be one. I would order food again just to see her face lol. I tried to call to find out her name bc she deserves this review but no one answered

I had a large drive-through order. They were very accommodating and very fast. My family enjoyed the food. Great service every time I go.

I really enjoy this location as they are on top of there A game and it's always a bonus if you have a coupon

This Popeyes location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get cold chicken and sometimes you get hot fresh chicken. Youll never know until you get home andtake a bite! You've been warned ️

Horrible service just came through the drive-through to get 8 nuggets and a small red beans and rice waited outside for 25 minutes and they Forgot that I was out there. Had to get out of my car and go in and get a refund. I was no longer willing to deal with this non since. I will no longer go here and do not recommend this Popeyes to anyone. I drove across the street to jack in the box and was in and out in 5 min. Thank you jack in the box for valuing my time.

I ordered from Uber, missed items all the times, today ordered again and they missed all my French fries again with 3 large side of my meal. I am not order from Uber eat again because your store needed proper training how to handle customer items.

The food was good. Unfortunately the staff did not get my order correct. With the exception of getting the right order the chicken was good, also had some coleslaw which was great, and the biscuits were very delicious. Would have been a good meal if they did not mess up the order of my chicken. MorAl of this post, check your food before you leave the restaurant.

This is the closest Popeyes to me. That's about where the good ends. Every time I go through the drive through they ask me to pull forward and wait for my order to be ready. Today she said it will be 3 minutes. I pulled forward and waited. 10 minutes later I walked in to see what the problem was. When I asked the lady behind the counter about my popcorn shrimp order she walked to the back, opened the freezer, pulled out a bag of shrimp and dropped it in the fryer? At that moment I requested a refund and walked out to NEVER return!

Place an order for wings having to wait and to told my order was given to a car that was 4 orders behind me with no apologies.

This site is horrible i was waiting for my order for more than 40 min. Then they back to me asking me what was my order? Omg really and she was with attitude can't believe

It was such a good service from Liseth, very respectful and good customer service, the food it was so good, very clean the place and also very quick service. I didn’t waited that much so it was perfect.

Monica was WONDERFUL! I had issues with the app and she didn't hesitate to help me sort it out. Thanks to her knowledge and help, I get to be super glad to come home with my food!

This one location though its a hit or miss
Sometimes it all goes well
Other times you get bad service, and they forget something. Outside in the drive through a mess. Needs to be maintenance every so often because of its location and high traffic the curb appeal is unappealing.

It's great going there myself and the rest of my love going there, and my nephew loves the spicy chicken sandwich and I love the Spicy chicken nuggets and staff there are amazing

This location used to be the best one around us here, now everyone that works there they’re so lazy rude and don’t even go there because they will tell you to pull up to wait for your chicken just for them to forget about your order and when you go ask for your order they give you attitude and give you the wrong order

I'd rate lower if I could, they closed lobby 10 mins early, had me wait in a long drive thru then made me wait an additional 45 mins after sitting in drive thru because I complained about them closing their lobby early. This place is sorry and the staff and manager is just as sorry. I'd suggest using the gas to goto a different one or goto KFC where they actually will have some customer service.

This location is by far the worst. If you want customer service this is not the location. Chicken tasted terrible and then the management acted like she didn't care what we thought. She even hung up the phone and didn't pick back up. Worst tasting chicken and worst customer service.

The food was very good the employers and the manager so nice, good service this restaurant need more them five stars, cause they resolve your problems.
