There was water leaking into the middle of the dining room, the menu boards were not working and the service was slow.

30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Never seen so many people walk out of a restaurant.

When I visited the place was falling apart and understaffed. The only way to see a menu was online and the food was pretty bad. Chewy and dry chicken Sandwich.

I had a coupon for the 5 piece spicy mix, but all I got was all white meat not spicy, but I love Popeyes chicken, and I'm trying to get employment there!

Like 90% of all Popeyes this place is no different, service is not great. But Popeyes itself has great chicken/food, though I never ear here for the service I still go when I need me some Popeyes lol.

I ordered a large red beans and rice and a medium order of fries. They forgot the fries altogether and when I got home, the red beans and rice was a small.

They gave me the wrong order but I came back the next day with my receipt and the manager made it right. 4 piece dark and spicy Not a 2 piece white. She completely replaced the meal.

Terrible. Chicken tenders were rock hard. Could not eat them. Wanted macaroni and cheese but they did not have any. Wanted sweet tea but they said they were out. Not well lit around place of business almost looked closed. Terrible customer service.

Thought I'd try it again since haven't eaten here in 2 months and no Churchs here anymore, but made a mistake, last, now, 2 times I've gotten chicken here I became sick! The red beans and rice was not cooked long enough the rice was hard. Chicken looked good but couldnt have been became very sick to my stomach! Will not try a 3rd time for sure!

Food was great, however order was not complete and inconvenient to go back to restaurant and park to go inside and wait to have order corrected. Defeats the purposes of shopping through the drive thru at a fast food restaurant.

Please avoid this Popeyes, I came here and all you see is a long line of cars. People are just waiting for their food, it took me 25 minutes to get my food and this is supposed to be a FASTfood restaurant. Also the workers were rude, didn't want to say anything or apologize for the wait.pathetic

This particular Popeyes is awesome! Clean resturant, incredibly friendly staff and great food. Thank you for being so kind and professional!

We loved it from the moment we walked in The lady that took are order was great and super nice And Very helpful. Thank you Mrs. Shay I think that was her name.

Normally I do not do reviews on restaurants but I had to make a exception this time. I have worked in fast food and I know firsthand how challenging things can get through out a shift. The General Manager at this location gives great service and I can’t say enough about her employees. Thumbs up on the quality of food I ordered.

Waited at the speaker for 15 mins noone took my order. I drove up to the window and was informed that there headset was broken. I asked the young lady.why theres no sign back letting customers no the headset for the drive through is broken. She never answered. I got home the chicken was old n dry. I haven't been impressed with any popeye's that I've been to in this area.if my husband didn't want this chicken so bad I would've drove off. The service is always bad it's really sad.

This has got to be one of the, if not the worst, Popeyes location ever. We pulled in at 8: 50 PM And we're surprised by the lack of lights on the outside of building. Delights inside the building seemed to be on, So I assumed they had just closed. We looped through the drive thru anyway and saw a man standing at the drive through window so I pulled up and asked him what time they closed assuming that they were already closed. He informs me that they are not closed but that there's a 30 minute wait for chicken. Despite the long wait I said that would be no problem.we ordered a 12 piece tender meal and 4 drinks.it was $38.00 and some change. Five or six minutes later he hands us out a box of tenders A thing of mashed potatoes and managed to mess up A drink order for water somehow. Everything we receive was cold, which I didn't hear about until we got Home after that had been eaten. My son was sick the following day who are the stomach ache. I don't know if the two are related but I would not doubt it. I have no doubt that the employees and the manager that was there were trying to close the store early and had the lights shut off to discourage customers from coming so that they could get out early.it was a total waste of $40. We absolutely will not be back.

The next day I called their corporate number and told them what had happened and they couldn't care less to be completely honest. They simply said "We'll forward this to the manager". Considering the manager was in the store counting drawers, I doubt that will do any good.

Personally I'd really like to see the health department get involved, because I think that that serving people cold chicken is likely not a good thing

Not one of the better Popeyes I've been to. The service was ok, the reason I don't knock this is because it seemed to be kids in training. But rhe food was horrible! The fries were old, I had to ask for fresh ones (I tasted b4 I left restuarant) and the chicken was terribly hard and dry, it always wasnt spicy (which i specifically asked for and asked again once it was boxed). Since I took my food to go, I was too far away to return the chicken so I just trashed it.

Didn't have 2 out of the 3 things I wanted to order.no mash potatoes.what!? !? Ordered 3pc chicken tender combo and a chicken sandwich, told them to make sure to put Mardi Gras sauce in bag. Was told to pull up past window and 30 minutes later they brought us our food and also did not have the Mardi Gras sauce in the bag.may I say this customer was not happy.

They RUDE, SLOW AND UNFRIENDLY. The cashier was cussing at the manager about her taking her time because they short handed. The manager said in my face, that he hate people like me. The only reason why they got two stars, was because the chicken was fresh
