Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Arlington TX

I will be reporting this location until they are under new management or get some new hires… I order some wings and asked for them fresh and was told they do not cook food after 8: 00PM. Literally is ridiculous and need some work done… I will be contacting the corporate office and taking further actions, I have audio of what I order and the response I received…definitely will be hearing from me soon…

I had the spicy blackened chicken sandwich, which was out of this world delicious. It had a special sauce and pickles in it and was on a soft bread bun. Their frozen mango drink really hit the spot too. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Arrived at 5: 40pm to do a counter order was ignored for 5 or 6 minutes. The person who took my order was a young man in management attire. The receipt said Josefa but not sure if that was his name. He seemed a little irritated before even taking my order. Once my order was taken, it took 25 minutes to get my order. About 15 minutes later, he threw an order on the counter and called #67. No one at the counter had that number. The customer that was behind me asked about her order which was #46. Another manager took the ticket and asked the same young man that took my order where was #46. He rudely said that he had already called that number. I was standing there and witnessed him throw the order on the counter, yelling 67 instead of 46. One of the other managers straightened the order order out and apologized to the customer for the wait. A few minutes later, the same young man the that took my order threw another order on the counter and walked away without calling the order number. He walked to the back, grabbed his cup and takes a seat in the dining area. I politely asked the other manager if this was #48 and she asked him where was 48 and he yelled that he already called which was a lie because I was standing right there where he threw the bag on the counter. This young man doesn’t deserve to be a leader. His customer service is bad, his attitude is bad and he doesn’t hold any people skills. I’ll never order from this location ever again. I understand it was it was a little busy but if he can’t handle it, he needs to find another job because all the customers at the counter witnessed him being rude. I’m not really tripping about how long it took to get my order because the restaurant isn’t really fast food. His way of presenting the orders where down right rude. People like him will ruin the other employees and you’ll lose customers too. I’m someone who is in leadership at my job and his behavior would not be tolerated.

I don't care when you go. Prepare for a hr wait at the least. Rude and no type of communication about why the wait. They just stare at you. The male manager. Literally says nothing. The cooks will tell you what's going on before he will. Sounds to me the back of the house is more manager material than the front of the house manager. No sense of urgency what so evere

Food takes FOREVER to receive Every Single Visit. They seem very Unprepared. UPDATE AS OF TODAY- STILL getting orders Wrong or Half of the order. This location is our go-to but, Damn can they get Competent workers, Please!
Well, wrong order received yet again!

I liked the food very much, the chicken pieces are varied and they deliver the food hot. The chicken sandwich is brutal, I ordered my classic chicken, not spicy and everything was excellent, except for one piece that was too spicy.

The worst thing about this place is that they take too long to deliver the food, it took at least 15 minutes to deliver our food, a lot and they only came inside talking to each other, there was a huge line of cars because we ordered from the car.

In short, I recommend the food, only that they will have to wait a long time.

This location always serve fresh chicken however it will take 30 minutes to an hour to get your food. In spite of 10 cars in the drive through it was 2-3 employees taking a smoke break in the back by the drive thru forcing customers to inhale the smoke. This mostly happens at night when all the head managers are gone.

This popeyes location has the best fresh food. I especially love their macaroni and cheese. Whoever is cooking the food needs a raise. It's always fresh and delicious. I live in Glenn Heights and for me to go way to Arlington. I live by several popeyes but both of them are nasty. The food is never fresh, and the macaroni and cheese always watery. You can't go wrong with the Arlington location it's the best. No doubt

Do NOT come here after 8 pm… I just left there for sum chicken & try some strawberry biscuits, long story short… “We ain’t got no strawberry biscuits” is what was told to me so I asked for 2 apple pies, they were raw w/cinnamon sugar all over them.

Wait time from the time I placed my order until it was received was 24 minutes. Food was good but I was in a group of 15 really angry patrons and other suspect that the online order system and the walk-ins were not in sync because walk-ins were given numbers on their ticket orders and the online orders were using their names to track orders and they did not appear to have any way to sync order priority between the two order systems.

Two stars simply for the young lady on drive thru being so nice. But it took 9 minutes just to the speaker a total of 22 minutes to get my order (6 wings only). There were 3 cars in front of me. Not the first time at this location.

The worst customer service I never seen anywhere.they racist and laugh when I use the discount code, I always wait more than 30 minutes for my turn and 10 mins to get food. The food is not what I ordered. Dine in always don’t welcome

See i knew i shouldve just made the drive to the mansfield location on my lunch break this monday! Only reason i gave 1 stars was the biscuit and side i was able to eat to put something on my stomach!
Not this undercooked breast they gave me: (i will be returning this after work today!
Will not return after this.i shouldve known not to proceed, when there was not 1 car in popeyes drivethru but mine on a lunch hour at 12pm!

Updated: went back to get order replaced after work at 5pm. Thr Manger juanita had me pull the side out of druve thru and wait 7 min for "fresh chicken". She insisted instead of replacing my full meal as i expected would be done, she only can give me back the 1 piece chicken that i brought back uncooked.wow! This is so unacceptable.corporate will be contacted for my time, frustrations and travel today.

I have been to this location twice and they are always out of food. The drinks are all carbon water. To have such a limited menu you would think the food they have would be good, but NOPE. Today was my last time going to this location.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! After a few disappointments, we will never go back to this location! All of the negative reviews believe them! They are slow, rude and nasty! When you ask for fresh food, you never get it! Everything is always dry and cold! When you call about a messed up order they are not understanding at all! I called to let them know my issue and that I wouldn’t be able to return immediately the woman who answered told me whenever I’m able to come back if it’s today or tomorrow or whenever to bring all of the food back. Where is the zero stars option?

They are so not consistant! Cannot keep good staff. Hit and miss with the food service, quality and freshness. Cooking a lot and letting it sit and get greasy under heat lights is not the way to go!
Thankful that I got some fresh food this time after avoiding eating at a Popeyes for over 4 months.
