Ok I never write reviews but do not come here they have a attitude like you spending their money! Food not hot open drive thru window without telling you how much. Then no receipt have to ask for things such as napkins and ketchup. Called owner number with no answer so that let's you know even the owner doesn't care so why should the employees this place is a JOKE

I am an idiot for going back to this place. I order the spicy chicken, and they always get the plain chicken. I believe the know they don't have spicy chicken in stock and just do not care.very sad.

Cold chicken, they charged more than the meal was supposed to cost, my Dr Pepper is definitely water, but it has the coloring of Dr Pepper? Someone’s running a grift at this location y’all.

I went through this drive thru during lunch and they tried to scam me. Order for the advertised special for $23.99 and when I went to the pay window they wanted to charge me $36.xx. Person at the register said price went up. I said no, there are two signs with the advertised special. Finally they corrected the order. I gave them a credit card and said it was declined. My credit card has a 37k credit limit. They wanted me to pay in cash. Fortunately I had another credit card. I called my declined cc and they said there was no issue. Something definitely shady going on.

We didn’t get enough chicken and my sister when back to get more chicken. She ordered a meal for $13.99 and when she pulled up the window they charged her credit card for $36.78. She said no that’s not correct. Then someone comes out and gives her $5. She then says this is still not correct. She sat at the drive through honking the horn. Finally the gentleman who I believe was the cook was honest and corrected the scam. Please avoid this place. This all happened on 12/4/21 around 2: 00 PM.

Worst service I've had in a long time. 45 minutes in the drive through and the staff appeared to be completely oblivious to the situation

Anyways, they hardly ever have any staff around at times. Sometimes we don’t know what is going on inside, but they make everyone wait for a long time to the point people just leave. Today my order was very simple and they couldn’t get it correct. Anyways to begin they gave me a coke with no ice and it was hot… idk about anyone else but I don’t drink hot coke it doesn’t taste very well. I also ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were cold to the touch. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and when I got home I and my girl both starting eating our food and the sandwich bread along with the chicken was very cold. I’m not making this up it almost felt like they took them out of the fridge and just bagged them and gave them to me. Very disappointed because I hardly ever eat out and always give this location a try but they always disappoint. I don’t think the owners really care to have a business because it’s always something and this is probably the last time I’ll be going there. I rather drive further then to have my diner ruined because people don’t care ‍️

I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes and this location is definitely the worst. They don’t care here. Think: leaking ketchup packets, cold fries and credit card problems type of bad. They got our drinks wrong, forgot the biscuits, got a side wrong and didn’t provide a receipt before closing the window on you and walking away. They didn’t have honey and their ketchup was leaking and gross. There’s other locations nearby that are way cleaner and have better service. You’ve been warned.

There’s a scam. I ordered $13.99 11 piece special with and they didn’t give me a receipt. I got an alert from the credit card company that I was charged $37. I complained and asked for receipt and they handed me a $5. After 15-20 mins of arguing they gave me an extra $6, terming to convince me tax was$5 and total was $25. They are overcharging on the credit card and pocketing the cash. Cook came out to help me and he said they’ve done this before.

Out of pretty much every fountain drink, out of desserts, food took a long time in the drive through and was cold, and I got charged $22 for two 7.99 meals. Not sure what happened but definitely do not recommend.

I love Popeyes but this location is horrible. Every time I come here there’s something wrong. Now, I ordered delivery and they yet again got my entire order wrong (down to the drinks). Yikes.

I got an order it had no napkins, biscuit so dry you could sand a table with. The beans had no seasoning whatsoever, I don’t know what’s going on. They had me pull up front and wait 30 mins for dry, horrible tasting food. The staff was so careless and was not courteous at all. You might as well go the store on Cameron because this one is trash DONT WASTE YOU TIME!

THE WORST Popeyes I have ever been to. They messed up my order and had major attitude when I expressed it wasn’t what I ordered. My problem was never resolved, and I paid for more than what I ordered.

The people were very rude. I realized they were busy trying open because something had happened the night before but that is no reason to be rude. Since they were not open I asked where is the nearest Popeyes the say look it up on your phone and closed the window.

Disgusting! Megan, your sauce HOTTER than the chicken up there. Some folk just really don't care until their money in your hand. Management lazy, inconsiderate, an ratchet until you have to throw it back at them or just DON't go! Terrible service, always usually and i went every 6months. Unsanitary, an noone speaks the same language to communicate effectively. I believe corporate already know. The business stay locked until my aunty or theirs show up to eat all the chicken you want.

For what Popeyes is charging there's no reason why their customer service should be so when I drove no greeting I got to window she said my window was not wrong 15.69 some of the fries were cold and hard and some warm chicken was dry as ah chef I can tell they let chicken sit under warmer I also order mash potatoes and ColeslawThere was no silverware in the bag and they didn't even care to offer sad you have to ask for everything ghetto they used the soad lids for my sides no no no thos wrong

I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches that are $3.99 ea. While I was waiting to move up in the line they kept coming on the speaker and rapping and spitting in the speaker so it would make a loud static noise. When I got to the window there was a guy with a mask on and 2 other guys watching the drive thru line to see what would say to their fraudulent pricing they are charging customers. These 2 guys did not have masks on either. The guy told me it would be $20 for the 2 sandwiches and I told him I don't think so. He said ok it would be $8.64 and I gave him $10 and he gave me back $1.75 which was too much money but I didn't realize it until after I drove off. I did not get a receipt either. So what these young guys are doing is seeing how many people they can overcharge and pocket the extra money. I have emailed corporate office about this and I will not be coming back to this location. They are ripping off customers and they need to be reported and fired. They need to hire people who care about their job and that will be honest to the customers. The food is disgusting and someone is going to get food poisoning. They do not care that peoples orders are messed up and that they are serving disgusting food and overcharging customers. I feel sorry for the people who are not catching on to what these employees are doing.

This location is horrible. Please save your money and go to whataburger. Even the taco bell across the street is better than this. Will call management in the morning. Employees were rude. We asked them for a sweet tea and a sprite. This girl gave us literally one drink with ice tea mixed with sprite. We understand when it gets busy so we gave them a chance but we noticed that we got soggy fries, cold chicken, my daughter didn't get her apple juice from her kids meal and they forgot our mashed potatoes.
They even forgot to give us our receipt. We were already tired and didn't want to cause the line to get longer. The employees seemed like they didn't care at all. Laughed when we left.

The fries were all cold and chewy, the chicken on my sandwich was super dry and cold, they didn't give us everything we ordered, and the didn't have any salt. Was a complete waste of money. Oh, and the drink I got was flat. I ordered with no ice and still a block away it was flat

Unbelievably slow. We have used up our whole lunch hour waiting. They were out of cole slaw. They were out of blackberry cheesecake. We had to beg for the red beans and rice and a spork.

Worst Popeyes in Austin. No biscuits, no straws for your drink. The drive thru line long. Nothing is fresh. They put too much sauce on your chicken sandwich. Hot mess
