95% of the time this location forgets something from my order. Also even though they're listed as lobby open for months on both Google and the app their lobby is actually closed. Kinda makes mobile order counter pickup difficult since I lack the superpower needed to walk through locked doors to pick up my food if I'm in a hurry.

They are out of Mac and cheese I ordered the two can dine and the chicken was great, but stuck with potatoe sides, also ordered the 8 piece nuggets, way better than the last time I came here a year ago, def happy with what I ordered, would have preferred Mac and cheese

Super long lines and slow service dont bother go somewhere else and the dine in is closed all the time. A waste of time

Just go in expecting that they’ll give you some food but most likely it won’t be what you ordered and it’ll likely be cold.

Lately the service is kinda off.
We ordered drinks and they same in sides container. Chicken was stringy in parts while others were just fried batter. Don't get me wrong there are some staff that do their jobs exquisitely.

Visited today. Order was all wrong, which I expected. What I didn’t expect was the very poor customer service when I asked (nicely) for it to be corrected. Manager acted as if I was lying. So ridiculous.

Could not even go in to order i drive a tow truck was delivering a car from Houston out there houston popeyes are open to dine in i went to three of them in Austin they were closed during the dine in hours they got up

Don't go here. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Just don't do it. Go to any of the other restaurants nearby for better quality and service

Late night has young staff who gave a care less about the customers. Got the wrong order, went back with my receipt, and got my order wrong again.

We ordered two 10pc tenders meals with sides. Thwy asked what kind of sauce- bbq.
We paid and checked our box- no sauce. We told them we didnt get any sauce- he hands us two. -for 20pcs?

Drive thru was long and slow I was waiting over ten minutes and never moved. With 7 cars still in front of me I gave up and couldn't even go inside for a to-go order.

Service and food quality could be a little better, But I do appreciate the effort put forward to meeting those qualities.

Line was out to roadway.went very quickly. Got to window order wasn't ready.but girl at window asked qhat the order was and got it together in no time. Thats what I call great service.kudos to that team member at Montoplois location.

Good food but important to note that you can only use the drive thru here. I did like the fact that they pointed out an unpublished menu item that saved us money over what we had ordered

The food was great and fresh. I ordered online, they were out of the cheese cake, but they replaced it with another dessert.
