If I could post negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, took half hour for my food to ne brought outside then it was practically thrown at me in my car. Nothing but punks working there that didn't care about customers just playing in theyer phones.

Great service! Tiara gave great and friendly service. Provided a courtesy drink while we waited for our large order. She made sure order was complete before walking out. Restaurant was clean.

The last few stops in the food has been off. They're out things on a regular it seems. My food has been cold and the orders have incomplete. This use to be one of the better Popeye's but the srevice and quality has slipped. I spent 30 dollars today for an order that was cold, chicken and fries. 8 piece order with some of the smallest drumsticks I've ever seen, small wings and 2 decent sized breast to feed 4 people. The mashedpatatoes was a med instead of large and no biscuit with order. Had to settle for fries becauses again they were out of something, no mac and cheese. It was a waste of 30 dollars and didn't even feed my family 4.

Drive through sucks! They make you wait like five minutes or more to take your order. They do it to each driver. The only reason I stay is because my wife wanted chicken.i told the wife it's the last time I will buy food for here. Don't even deserve one star!

I arrived a 9: 15.p. M.waited in a line where I ordered at 9: 40p.m. Order was a #3 White, Spicy with Red Beans and rice. Drink was a coke light ice. I pay and check the box before I pulled off. Over cooked chicken with a breast with more crust and a little meat. I told the young guy (mgr) he acts as if he fixing the problem. Hands me back the box telling me about he gave me an extra wing. Never once stating he has no breast. I received my drink and side earlier. I apologize for making a fuss but I patiently waited in line. When I got home I realized he had given me a thigh (in which I requested White meat). The young people need to learn what quality and quantity is. Treat a customer how you would like to be treated. Verbalize we don't have and I could have took my business elsewhere. No one likes to get messed over with their hard earned money. Do better.

Horrible absolutely horrible whole evening shift. Got my order wrong, no sauce in the bag when asked for. I had multiple side orders no fork or any utensils given. Only saw 3 customers there and I wasn’t the only one with an incorrect order McDonald’s across the street is the way to go

Chicken was hard and dried our and them wings and legs was a hot mess and I know everyone knows how big a baby chick is.

We love that chicken but the drive thru service is the worst at any Popeyes. They take FOREVER just to take your order. $10 for a 3pc where the wing & leg were Itty bitty chicks.wow! Refund! Not paying $10 for mini pieces.

I USED TO LIKE THIS ONE. The food is really great and the service is sorta there. I MUST REGRETFULLY announce that on more than one occasion, well most all the time, my order has something missing or just not exactly what I ordered. I hope they can change that.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. A line with only two cars in front of me took 30 minutes just for me to get to the speaker to order. I then sat at the speaker for another 8 minutes before giving up and leaving, and going to the Popeyes on El Dorado (Which has been awesome in comparison). If you wait long enough they will probably eventually take your order, and then the problem becomes that they will give the wrong food. If you ask for mild tenders like me then make sure to double check that they're mild, because they won't hesitate to throw a few spicy ones in there if they run out of mild already cooked. On top of that even if they do get your order correct there is still a good chance that they gave you one or two less pieces than you ordered, or that your food won't be hot. The only way to avoid the super long wait is to go inside the building (assuming they have their dining room open at that time), but this typically will only shorten the wait and not affect any of the other issues. I strongly suggest if you want Popeyes DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Instead I highly recommend the one on El Dorado near the home depot.

Let find out this little girl in charge yelled at my wife “there ain’t no more macaroni cheese” again. None of the employees have any respect for their customers.

Came to this Popeyes a few days ago around 8: 00pm and the guy working there informed me they are no longer serving since kitchen staff was already done for the day. He insisted that they close at 8PM every day. I asked him why did they close early and he never gave me a real explanation. The next day, I called the manager and asked him what time do they close and he told me at 11PM every day. I will never come here again. People these days do NOT want to work and would rather run off customers and lie to them.

This is the worst Popeye's fried Chicken I've ever been to. They don't open in the morning when they say they do and they leave you in line taking orders one at a time till the person at the window leaves. Even with the line goes all the way out to the feeder road by interstate 45 and people are turning around and leaving

They close at 10: 00pm and Tiara said the manager doesn’t allow anyone to sell or serve after 930pm because they already cleaned even though they close at 10pm. Lobby and drive thru close at 930pm everyday just a heads up. After they didn’t want to serve me anything i went to McDonalds next door and I saw that there was 3 cars in line being serviced 5 mins later and they said they were closed at 930pm. I don’t get it? I get that people need to close the restaurant but y’all need a sign that’s says y’all close at 930 not 10.

Love the service love the employees love the GREAT customer service they provide keep up the great work! I will continue to keep coming to this welcoming place

Messed up on my order gave me fries instead of red beans and rice not that I needed free fries but Abby the manager took the fries back to give to another customer I feel for whoever was behind me because she doesn’t know if I’m sick or anything on top of that what kind of side are they handing out seriously Mac and cheese is one spoon full all containers are less than half and the cup is smaller than my hand I wouldn’t have been surprised if this was a kids meal but these are $12 meals
