Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Cedar Hill TX

Have always loved Popeys, but this one had no seasoning taste on chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and bisque tasted sour. Didn't eat all.:/ bummer especially when going thru drive-thru

The food was hot this time, and it didn't take long but they did not have any good family specials. When I walked in, they had to call someone to the counter to help me.

The store was relatively clean, but it was not as good as it could have been. Despite that, I would eat here again.

The people here are great but thi is the 2nd time my order was wrong. It's a shame, because like I said the staff are great people.

This chicken was so old the skin was gone.was not fresh or hot almost smelled like spoiled chicken $30-$40 for spoiled chicken is insane. I will not go back to the cedar hill location rude customer service too

I'm not a resident of this area. But I do know the quality that Popeyes is known for. Totally missed here! However it's apparent their quality comes up short if you order at 9: 00pm. Their chicken was hard! The temperature of the red beans and rice was questionable. And they put the cold slaw in the same bag as the warm chicken! What can be done? Give a review when possible. Because they don't answer the phone towards the end of the day if at ALL! Oh yeah, 2 PC spicy, slaw, mashed potatoes, and 2 regular size Red beans and rice cost 28.00$

Best Popeyes in this area by a wide margin. We went on a saturday and the place was booming. Cars wrapped around the drive through. We went inside and they were busy, but the service was quick, and the food was excellent. We won't even go to the one in Waxahachie where we live because it's so awful.

If it wasn't for the food, I'd never come to this location. They never have the dining area open. I love online ordering, so I'd prefer to just pop in and pick up. This never happens here. I have to wait in drive thru. Grrrrrrr.

Rarely do I write reviews, but this one had to be done. Customer service is non-existent. And no manners through drive through. Had to go inside because I forgot to ask for sauces, but I left after seeing the cashier guys with glasses having such a visible attitude towards customers. Rolling his eyes & moving his arms with frustration along with his tone of voice. I understand work can be frustrating but working where you are, you need to show some level of professionalism, doesn’t matter even if it’s a Popeyes. Me no longer coming here isn’t going to affect their business, but letting others know to beware of this place made sense.

The food tasted great! We ordered a family special. It had delecious chicken sandwhiches in it. It also had 6 pieces of regular chicken. The mac and cheese tasted great too. They put real cheese on top. Overall, I was very impressed with the food. We will definitely be going back.

Service was horrible had 8 people in the night I went with only one person working the inside lobby desk, the young girl was polite she was taking orders, preparing side dishes, working the register, replenishing things that were out of stock, all by herself while the manager sat in the back saying she was working on something with maintenance when the lobby and drive thru was crazy busy. One customer asked to speak with the manager and she said she busy ain't got time to help you gotta wait and that os why at night there location locks the door to make customers go through drive through line terrible customer service from a manager.

Bad attention ISE an online order where it was 10 pisas de poyo and two accompaniments with 5 biscuits and they gave me two boxes of potatoes without the accompaniments and without the biscuits that should not have been like that

Food is always good and fresh but the cashier with the backwards hat is horrible. He had an attitwith 2 ladies that could have been his grandmother's age. Disrespectful and never giving eye contact. Huffing and deep breathing. Body language was very unprofessional and for the manager to leave him on the front cashier was poor.he should have been told to go take a break or perhaps clock out but to be rude to paying customers was a zero.

The food is good but it's way too expensive. Cedar Hill has 10 chicken places. Popeyes is one of the most expensive. I only visit 2-3 times a year for that reason. A 3 piece dark meal with a side of Mac n Cheese was $14. The Mac n cheese wasn't even fresh

Why tf is the inside locked? Why are y’all forcing everyone to use the drive thru but have a fully functioning dining room? Not to mention people who order DoorDash are using it to skip the line, but the brilliant person running this location makes them wait in line too. Incompetently run I see.

Received cold chicken. They didn’t even try to give me fresh food. Their number doesn’t even ring when you try contacting them. Also the prices have increased tremendously but certainly doesn’t match what they serve out. Taking my money elsewhere.

First off I was wondering why the little boy was giving me a bigger drink than what came with the meal I thought he was being generous it was supposed to be a Strawberry Fanta I normally check before I leave but I was inna rush to get my sister from work so I took my order and left went the next stop over and decided to take a sip it tasted a little off but I thought it was because of my taste buds from the ranch from whataburger fries so as I continued to drink it was becoming more and more off I look and it’s watered down strawberry fanta mixed with big red I’m a little upset but the chicken was another problem either I had the bad batch or it was refried and my mash potatoes was mushy like it was instant it may be I’m not sure but if so it’s obvious it was like that fufu stuff

This location is absolute trash! Like there is no customer service whats so ever just plain rude, Its 10 pm they close at 11pm, first they say they out of all dark meat but then say a 15 min wait, like pick one, whomever the GM need to do better Ive had them do this seeral times, then the wieners give you attitude and rude, so i drove off, hate this location

Ordered chicken sandwich without pickles. I asked the cashier if the order has no pickles and he proceeded to say right no pickles. I get home and it seemed like it was extra pickles on it. I drove 15 mins back to Popeyes, spoke to manager on duty 8: 30pm Dec 20,2022 and she argued w me and said i should check my receipt for the right order before I leave the window. Got home and u guessed it the MANAGER gave me a chicken sandwich WITH PICKLES! Bad service at cedar hill tx popeyes! This Popeyes has always had bad service!
