Very bad place don’t recommend! I went Some couple days ago, went around 7: 57 i saw a manager making out INFRONT of everyone with a employee! I don’t know how the general manager accepts this kind of stuff! Also so some days ago also saw both of them going inside the restroom together and took a while in there she came back with her hair messy unbelievable do not recommend!

Food was good.once I got it after sitting for over 15 minutes at the drive-thru window, watching the employees (management included) goofing off, leaning against counters, and not doing anything. I even saw one guy come up and get his own food to take to the back. I counted at least 5 people working, no, excuse me. I counted at least 5 people on-site, on-the-clock. But none of them were actually working. I will not return to this pathetic excuse for a restaurant, especially when the KFC is right there and always gets people through the drive-thru promptly (in my experience).

Less than 1star. Horrible service. I went through the drive-through and everyone, including the manager was texting on their cell phones. I receive my food, and it was cold, as if my meat on my sandwich had not been cooked.

Came thru the drive thru around 8: 50;pm ordered 2 2pc combos ask how long the wait would like my food fresh. The cashier stated it's no wait the chicken just came up. My complete order was not fresh fries everything warm been sitting under the light. This has to change I don't know if it's the area or particularly night shift as a customer spending my money don't serve me old food that been sitting under the heater light. This particular Popeyes need to do bettter. I would have waited the 30 mins than to get old food. I need a number to corporate employees on the phone scrolling who is in charge of this company

I'm quite upset as I've called several times I placed two orders and it was wrong the food is cold and no one will answer the phone I'm not happy at all the worker was rude and clearly overcharged me for two specials

Believe the "1" Star reviews! Avoid this Popeyes at all cost! Service was horrible on 7/20/23 @9pm! Filed a report with the health department and will continue to do so daily. I was in the drive thru when they said hold on then they said a mouse just ran by the counter, guess he didn't release his mic.
I pulled my car around when a make customer came out and said they GOT RATS so I said did you get a picture so I can post it and he no because it ran by fast! AVOID! AVOID!

Please understand that this Place is so sorry food is always old and bry trust me I have gave this place so many opportunities because it rite down the street from my job and another thing they are so racist to black people i literally saw this with my own eyes more then once Please don't go there in the afternoon 11am its this Hispanic guy tall that works the drive thur he's the rudest person I ever met that works a drive thur I believe he is family with someone that's in charge because several people at my job stop going because of his rudest in they brought it to the attention of the management team but they still allow him to work there let alone the drive thur this place could be alot better if they really cared about their costumer services in giving fresh hot food not cool and bry food someone going to get sick and sue them then made they're clean this place up for change two thumbs down another thing u can't make a complaint because phone are taking off the hook especially when the big get into it with costumer because I try calling myself and I couldn't get thur to them or corporate offices so sad they don't care this is terrible

I got there at exactly 9: 41pm on Thursday (06/22) pulled up to the drive thru, young man responded, i couldnt understand what he had said he slurred his words, i proceeded to then order for him to then yell at me, “ WE ARE CLOSED! ”. Im sorry but last time i checked it says yall are closed at 10pm. Very rude and unprofessional, if it says yall close at 10pm, then i hope yall honor and go by that.

Everything about this location is trash from the customer service to the food to tidiness of this establishment. Better off going to somewhere else or another location.

I’m not the one to choose sides but if you’re wondering if you should go here or KFC, DO NOT CHOOSE HERE! Upon entering the restaurant no one acknowledged me till after 5 minutes of me standing at the front counter, which is weird when everybody can see me. Chicken old, lemonade machine obviously is not working and they served me a frozen lemonade anyway. The most devastating part about this experience was I ordered the famous strawberry biscuits to then bite into a scone literally! I asked the male cashier since the manger walked off without acknowledging me, I asked him how often do y’all make fresh biscuits and he said we make so many and leave them sitting up so we’re not making any fresh one no time soon. DONT GO HERE

Almost 20 mins in the drive thru, they were not paying attention when I was placing my order, kept repeating, chicken was overcooked, biscuits too, and the portions are so small for the price. Same with the ghost pepper wings. Then I drove off and realized they left 3 items out of my order, had to go back, went inside to get them. They suck! Only thing good is the red beans and rice.

I ordered an Uber eats and was suppose to get a 5 tender meal with fries. The delivery driver was not at fault. This is the second time Popeyes messes up orders. Come on, get it together
