Everything was old nothing was edible I ordered my food Everything was cold can't blame the driver I know it was cold when made because the chicken still rubbery was not cooked all the way through

This establishment will never be graced with my hard earned dollars again. The horrible customer service accompanied with the lack of calculating how many pieces of chicken are places in a customers paid order is beyond the employees concern or comprehension. Also, I like how "coincidentally" the storefronts phone number isn't listed on the receipt and when you call this location the phone immediately hangs up (doesn't ring at all). Today is the last time I will have spent money at any Popeye's location.

Couldn't find my mobile order then she starts preparing a order that wasn't mine. I placed my order a whole 15 minutes before arriving cuz they always slow and they still managed not to have my order found or ready: (

Every time you go to this location something is missing from the order. You can never reach the store as the phone has some time of problem. With inflation at an all time high and as expensive as food is the quality of the food at this location is trash. The workers don’t want to work and everyone stands around talking instead of assisting customers. Stay far away from this location you have been warned.

Placed an order for the shrimp and tenders. They came back and told me they were out. So I ordered eres chicken tenders and fries. My fault for not checking but I literally had 3 extra crispy chicken strips that were no longer than 4 inches. That's it that's all I had and paid $10.99. I've called multiple times and no one ever answers!

Intercom really be buggin I think a robot controls it at first tbh. They forgot my side of mash potatoes and my spicy chicken sandwich wasn't that spicy, but the food actually isn't that bad. The guy was respectful too but he forgot my mash potatoes like I stated earlier.

Order spicy strips and got mild strips that were warm not fresh and no biscuit guess the kids in there got over on me that day normally it's decent at least and Order is right

This is the only popeyes in this dang town and for claiming they do the best it’s ridiculous. How do you double check my order with me, tell me to pull forward while you make it, and then I come to find out when I get home my entire order is wrong along with items missing from my order. Nothing what I asked for. I live 15 minutes away from town and after a long day dealing with traffic I didnt want to drive back. They don’t even have their phone lines working to call and complain to them directly. Stealing money from people yet the kids can have a fun time laughing flirting with eachother back there. Joke.

The short white girl was nice and she gave me my food hot n ready.those nuggets were good hope she gets a raise fr she’s amazing are her job

Places a mobile order, arrived when it said the food would be ready and the short white girl at the counter hadn’t even started to prepare the order, when I asked how long it would take she got rude and told me to wait 15 more minutes, after I got home the mashed potatoes were only half full (family size) and there fries were soggy and again only half full (family size) the chicken strips were more like nuggets, small pieces of chicken, horrible experience there tonight and this is the second time they have done this, I would not and can not recommend this location, given a second chance they still did not redeem themselves.

Gpefully the chicken sandwich is better at other popeyes, otherwise I don't know what the fuss is all about, ordered spicy, it wasn't and had 2 lonely pickles on a bare bun that it didn't fill. Sad. The boneless chicken wings were pretty good though.

Update 6/6/2023

While waiting for my order, a customer brings in a piece of chicken in her hand that was not the right piece. The clerk takes the chicken with her tongs and puts it back into the rack! I told her she has to throw that piece of chicken in the trash. She said, "Oh yeah, your right". Definitely won't be going back to this Popeyes.
Also someone was attending to a cut on their finger near the chicken and didn't wash his hands afterwards.

How can a restaurant consistently mess up the one thing they are supposed to be great at? The people working behind the counter are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. The way they treat customers, especially elder people are down right disgraceful. Food is never consistent. Most of the time it's under cooked and cold. There have been numerous times when the store will abruptly close in the middle of the day for no reason. If I want Popeyes, I'll drive an extra 20 minutes to a different location. This location needs serious help.

Great chicken ready quickly by friendly workers. What more can you ask. I use the app and get some very good special offers.

Ordered a 16 piece family order and was given 8 real small wings which were mainly bones at that, 4 legs & 4 thighs. If you are trying to feed a family, make sure you specify to get an even count or they will feed give you half your order of little boned wing. Going up on prices and cooking smaller pieces, even one of the thigh’s looks like it was cut in half, size of a biscuit. Sad

The food is fresh and tastey, the staff is courteous, and inside and outside clean. I no longer live near this Popeyes however it is still the one I go to despite 2 other locations closer to my home.

Side note as long as they are doing the strawberry biscuit premonition any regular biscuits baked with em have a slight weird strawberry-esq taste. Be aware.

Every once in a while you have to spice it up with a chicken leg, chicken sandwich, or their mash potatoes.
