Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Paris TX

They need to clean, clean, clean before they serve people. And get servers that want to be there. Horrible experience and a waste of my time. I will not go back to another Popeyes in any state that I travel to.

I ordered a 4 piece spicy dark meat. That usually means a couple of thighs and drumsticks. What I got was 2 scrawny wings, 1 drumstick and a breast along with some very salty coleslaw. Arrived before the lunch rush and felt like i was served scraps. Won't be going back any time soon.

The food is mostly as it should be, the store seems under staffed and over worked, and the service suffers because of that.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Every time I've come here, the employees are on their phones while taking orders, not to mention their attitudes are very unprofessional. I've also received cold food when dining inside the business. This place can use some customer service training. To the owner of this store location if you care about your business, fire your current staff and hire new staff members and pick people who will treat your business as their own and respect the customers that respect them.

Last time I went there I got a 2 day old chicken sandwich.went back tonight & they are closed at 7: 45

Chicken excellent, red beans and rice was soupy only had four beans, butterfly shrimp, was supposed to be in the box instead i got popcorn shrimp and she charged me a $1.00 more. And she laughed as she was going to eat her chicken strips next to the cash register

The drive thru wait was 30 plus minutes, with just 2 other people in front. The chicken was raw/undercooked, drink tasted like mildew.

The GM, Amber, was supposed to refund my card since my ENTIRE order was wrong. It has been 8 days and nothing yet. For the past five days nobody will answer the phone at this location!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant…. Waited almost an hour! Workers complained the whole time that they wanted to leave and were picking at their faces the whole time then grabbed cups or food. Save your money

Just ordered a 10 piece meal and didn't get what we paid for. Not sure what is going on at this location and maybe they don't know how to do their job. Everyone deserves what they pay for especially when you don't get to eat out much. We are going to still enjoy what little we got and as always, have a great day.

Trash management was horrible food was overcooked my order was wrong then the manager got mad at me when I tried to get my order right told me the order was right did not receive a receipt for my order and then argued about my order the place needs to be shut down

I drive in at 9pm everyone is sitting in dinning area all kicked back, doesn't close until 10pm they see me turn off they turn off the lights that's good business. FYI I already learned my lesson I was just turning around lol

This took so long while we were on a road trip. The employees were so rude at the drive-thru and we had to park and go in because 3 of our 4 orders were wrong. They were angry and rude when we went in to have it corrected. The food tasted awful. My chicken was hard and all of our french fries were cold. We spent so much money and threw most of it away. I usually love Popeyes. We were so disappointed.

Service was quick. Unfortunately, we didn't realize our order was completely wrong until we had driven away.

Probably one of the worst Popeye's I've been to. The food tasted bland and barely cooked.

Order was not fully cooked, chicken was pink inside, staff seemed unconcerned about this. Lobby was looking like closing time at no light's on the outside sign but that's never on at night the place always looks closed.

They had NO chicken tenders, honey, or red bean and rice. Mac and cheese tasted like cardboard. No soda fountain drinks due to no carbonation for the sodas. All they had was tea, lemonade and frozen lemonade. Bathrooms were awful. Men's restroom the door wouldn't close and the toilet seat was broken. Used to be a great place to eat at but has gone downhill terribly.
Will not be back.

I ordered a delivery for 6pm and it was delivered 5 hrs early.i tried to call the store 7 times and not once did the store answer the phone.worst experience i have had in a very long time.

No working ice or fountain drinks in the dining area. Only sides were mashed potatoes and fries, but the cashier made you figure it out yourself.

Absolutely atrocious service by far. Website says they close at 10, but if you go at 9 your met by some RUDE people and they won’t even answer the drive thru mic to let you know that their closed. If I could give this less than 1 star I absolutely would. Do not go here unless you want to Ben severely disappointed. Garbage
