Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Corpus Christi TX

It took about 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. I'm sure it was a one-off but I don't get fast food often and I'm writing about this instance. The staff was nice about it and the sandwich was really good. So there's that.

I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. Always a 10 minute wait in the drive thru with only 2 total cars multiple times

I've always been a fan of Popeyes chicken. Love the spicy chicken. There seems to be confusion at this location on orders and everytime I've gone to this location the service is slow. I even called ahead for a large order and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for the order. Just seems like a little unorganized but it was still worth the wait.

This particular day, they were short in employees. The drive thru wait time was about half an hour. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious

I was greeted with awesome customer service, Managers Ebony and Amanda were dealing with a long line and they dealt with the pressure great! I got my food quick and hot!
Thanks ladies I hope the best for your store going foward id definitely eat here next time I want Popeyes

I ordered four piece meal, but was told I only received three pieces, because the pieces were very large bit the weight was what mattered. What a disappointment.

Popeyes Fried Chicken has a great recipe, the chicken can be Damm Good.
But the store is consistently poor servos. They tell you they're out of chicken sandwiches almost every night & many other items.
Tonight at some to the manager she was very nice & apologized saying she was brand new, asking us to please give them another chance while they made adjustments. We will do that and upgrade the rating after they're service has been made better.
My son's love to eat there after their work about 2-3 times a week. If they ask you to move forward from the window please do not, it holds them accountable for their timing.

The only thing is the price for each of the best times ive and how long it takes will be back but we have a lot to get in to time for the next part that we are not sure what to put it on.

Why haven't I been called back after leaving several messages the GM told me and I Quote " That's what happens when you choose to transfer from my location. " That should have nothing to do with my paycheck. That is childish and very unprofessional.

Don’t go here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for 2 meals in the drive thru even with me being the only customer. Service has never been good here.

Never returning to this location.

A: Desperately in need of a remodel.
B: It smelled unbelievably weird in there, almost like plastic had gotten thrown into the fryer basker. It was kinda suffocating.
C: I understand that at times syrups run out, and that can make soda taste a bit off, but my soda in particular just tasted nasty. It's like the water in the ice cubes had something else in them.

The absolute worse place to eat. Drive-thru is worse. The will always short you on your order. Please check your order before leaving. Always a wait, always forgetting something in your order, always substituting without letting you know. Very unsanitary place. No one believes in washing hands after cleaning or handling cash drawer.

Tried placing an order for 2 families and the slop with hickies on her neck was so unprofessional and very rude. She gave attitude all through my drive through order. Smh

Enjoyed the food & service but the only thing that was not cool was that the restroom is outside.

At Popeyes we try our hardest to please the customers. I always repeat the orders 2 to 3xs. I believe at times the customers also play games like when you take their order. They will say yes that's right come to window and say no it wasn't that. I just respond ok and give them what they want. At times we are slow handed. Other reason we have no chicken down is majority of time lately has been slow. So now we make the chicken fresh.

I always get phenomenal service from the manager James. He’s awesome, & everytime I go by (which is often because I live down the street), James always puts a smile on my face from how hard he works. He’s definitely the best manager!

Worst experience I’ve had at a Popeyes ever! 20 minutes just to answer me at the speaker and then my food was old and my drink was complete syrup! I got a new drink only to find out they used the same cup so the syrup was in my new drink! Would put negative stars if possible.
