Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Stafford TX

OK so we tried their new chicken wings they were just alright, they were really, really, small hardly any meat on the wing. The seasoning was just ok, to put it bluntly its their original wings with just some sauce they soak them in. I would not recommend spending the money on these wings when you can get better wings from anywhere else for that matter. This review is only for their wings. I give their chicken wings two thumbs down.

Don’t go thru the drive thru, they don’t understand to well. My orders are always incorrect

The man was literally at the back door smoking and took my order while puffing…. And went inside didn’t wash hands just put my food in box and took my money. I asked for a refund immediately.

Pulled up to drive thru at 11: 20 pm and before saying hello or asking me hot can I help you, they respond by saying we only got chicken tenders and nuggets. How can you be called Popeyes and you don’t have no legs thighs like no chicken.you got chicken tenders and nuggets. I thought those were made to order. I could be wrong but no chicken…make it make sense.

The employees at this location are so nice.
I would recommend the frozen mango lemonade.

I placed an order online and still had to wait like 20 min for some other stuff that wasn't ready, but upon receiving it and tasting it, I was totally disappointed. The manager wasn't courteous either. This place sucks.

Employees were openly laughin at me and cussing while discussing my order. What kind of manners are these! It is unbelievable how terrible customer service can be at some of these fast food places.

Karla was super rude and took the food away from me as i was trying to clear up something on the receipt, also was trying to scam me and trying to charge me 2.99 plus tax on something i didnt order

They didn’t even have spicy chicken and weren’t interested in offering them even if I was willing to wait. We were at the end of a 14 hour drive and just wanted to get home or else I would have gone elsewhere.

Gave my mobile order to someone else without verifying the name on the order, and then proceeded to treat me like a Doordash driver.

I dunked on the Eldridge location so I'll acknowledge quality here. The same order that took 10 mins over there was handed to me within 2 minutes. Much better example for the Popeye's brand.

They close they door by 8.00pm after that only drive through. But they should open door until 10.00 pm

This Popeyes location is pretty decent in a way. There are times where they did mess up my order but ehh it was no big deal! The food was great though!

We normally get the family meal, or the individual strips combo, along with the chicken sandwich itself.

I came to this location and had a big order I had a 24.99 family special and 3 piece chicken I asked for everything to fresh everything was fresh accept my 3 piece chicken I clearly ask for fresh food the Mexican young guy that’s supposed a manage gave me burnt old chicken looked like they cooked this morning this person worked night shift at 9: 15 pm on Sunday April 23 2023

The worst of all the all chicken in the world!

Super tiny pieces and expensive!

Never again will buy from this place.

If you want to eat a good chicken go to hard chicken or churches or frenchy chicken.
