Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Humble TX

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever patronized in my life. 98% of the time they are inaccurate with my order and if by chance my order is correct, the quality of the food is poor. I tried to give this store a benefit of the doubt and yet again they disappoint me. Today I witnessed a young man who was frying chicken, sneezing and coughing all over the kitchen. He would cover his mouth as he sneezed and would not even wash his hands. I was highly disturbed by this and immediately demanded a refund. This place has finally lost me as a customer. Never again!

It was horrible. Food was already cooked cold when they served it to me. I was in the drive-through. I went around and went inside, and they had all this food just cooked sitting. Waiting cold food, and it wasn't right. It was horrible. Who wants cold food?

Nov November 8th 9: 45 at night hung up on two calls from me while I was calling and asking for help on finding a lost item of mine so I wouldn't have to drive up here in case it wasn't here she hung up on me twice in a row within less than 30 seconds of each call and instead of getting her name from her own mouth I had to get it from her coworkers because whenever I directly asked her after I drove down here for her name she walked away from me and began sweeping the back of the store and whenever her co-worker walked up to her and asked for her spelling of her name she said I don't know and then walked away. On the first call I asked her to help me find a card and see if it was in the vault or if it was stored anywhere. She immediately said no and said there weren't any cards and I said well could you at least check and see if it's maybe stored in the vault or something like that and then she said to me no again. Then I asked who is there any managers I could probably do it or are you the manager for the night and she said no there are no managers for the night. I was just like really because that's exceedingly strange and then she said the only manager for the night is in the restroom. Then I said "seriously you guys don't have a manager for the night. " and then she started talking in the background and said oh he's not even in the restroom and then immediately hung up on me. Then on the second call I said "do I really have to come up there and ask for help so that I can wind up seeing if at least I left my card there. " and she said "what. " and then I said do "I really have to come up there and ask for help in come up there to do that. " and then she immediately hung up on me again. Isela was her name and I talked the next morning with her district manager who helped me get my card and took a down my information of the incident and sadly still hasn't informed me or helped past the report. I really want to get better help surrounding this incident I was surprised when the dm took down my information and it's been over a month and hasn't contacted me so I would like some better help with this if possible.

First of all my food was not hot everything was not even warm it's been sitting out for the whole day I did let the manager know that my food's not hot she told me it is hot. They have the nerve to serve unseasoned food for $10 are you serious.
I'm trying to figure out when did the fries not have season the chicken is it's a sad situation why are y'all even open

They advertise the queen-size bed, but they are full size. I was walking back in from my car and saw housekeeping put clean linen on the floor and loaded it on the cart to be used in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast would have been okay if the staff was not watching you. My daughter went back to get juice, and 1 employee said to the next one, "Is she back? "

I placed an online order and waited 30 minutes before I went to pick up my order. Got there and still had to park and wait. They messed up my order twice only gave me 6 of my 12 wings and didn't give me my large side. I called them several times no one answered but when I got there everyone was inside doing NOTHING!

Love Popeyes but this location is one of the worst ones I’ve been too service wise. Nothing against teens working but PLEASE GET SOME TO WORK THAT ACTUALLY WANT THEIR JOBS. You can tell the difference between people that work to pay bills and KIDS that work to buy shoes. My order is always wrong except for 1 time. And you guys sell chicken, can we get napkins in our bags sometimes?

Just picked up a nugget meal. They never gave me a receipt. There was no plastic ware or napkins. The chicken is hard as a rock, not fresh at all. I tried calling, but they didn't answer the phone. Very disappointing

This is supposed to be 2 spicy chickens. Idk what this is, but it is NOT what I ordered. The chicken is rubbery and the bread is stale. My kid damn near threw up! To say I’m pissed is an understatement. Tried calling to speak to someone and no answer. Avoid this place at all costs!

It’s been a while since I enjoyed the chicken, forgot how much I love the biscuits! Even tried the strawberry biscuit- yummo!

I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich COMBO, I added bacon which was an additional $1.20 as expected, then the lady asked me if I wanted large fries and a drink, I said yes and expected to get the biscuit that comes with ANY COMBO.
What I just found after driving back to work is my chicken sandwich, a box of fries, large drink and some napkins.
I paid $14 for an abundance of mayonnaise on a ($8.99) chicken sandwich, (. 75) large soda and (2.00) large fries.
I honestly feel like I got tricked, this is why I don't eat at these restaurants anymore. I could get a huge sub sandwich with chips and a large drink for that price if not less.

I just left the drive-thru! I'm calling back to tell them they messed up the order after having me park and wait for it! I order the spicy chicken sandwich combo. They didn't make it a spicy chicken and put heavy mayo instead of the spicy sauce! Then I order the popcorn shrimp with the 2 tenders spicy, and they didn't put the freak tenders I paid for in the box! I called to tell them and of course no one answered, and the fax machine started ringing in my son's and my ear! Ridiculously! At least you all could do is answer the phone or get an answering service! Just close down already, if you don't care!

This popeye location are the best chicken wings i ever had. Crispy, juicy meat, nice employee. 5 stars

This place has improved over the last year. They are faster and more organized. It's good for a Popeyes. Cleaner and nicer than others I've been to.

Sat for 25mins with no order told the part out front. Offered a piece of chicken for my time but would rather go elsewhere.

I ordered some of the ghost pepper wings and mashed potatoes with gravy. I have gotten them before, so I already had an idea of what I would be getting.this was not it. To avoid getting zombie looking wings, I asked if they are fresh because I didn't want old wings that had been just sitting around. The person at the window seemed to have an attitude and answered with a yea and rolled her eyes when I asked for two sauces for my wings. I ended up with walking dead wings and a spit of mashed potatoes.
