Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Fort Worth TX

Very slow rude I came in to pick up an order customers were complaining they were in their 30 to 45 minutes I was in there for 20 minutes ridiculous management is in the back cooking not paying attention to the guy up front he's very confused just one big mess.

Understaffed, the guy taking oders at the counter was slow he might have been new but thats no excuss for missing food i paid $40 for no fries that i ordered and did not get was missing biscuits so really i paid all that money for red beens and rice chicken and five strips and then cant call to complain cause no one answers the phone worst popeyes i have ever been to

Went last night at 10: 20. They told us that they were closed even though there were 2 cars still in line ahead of us and their hours say open until 11. Not surprising with their consistently bad service.

My last visit to this location. I waited in line at the drive through for 35 minutes when i placed my order and said to the man hot and fresh please he said no problem. Well my food was cold and soggy and he never gave me my drink. I'm done

Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. The order had to be repeated 8 times at the box and 4 more at the window. It was still wrong. Took three people to figure it out and my credit card twice. Never again.

Closes at 11. I arrive at 9: 23pm and all they have is Spicy breasts and regular thighs, and no more chicken to fry? I find that hard to believe. Second time this has happened this year. Next time I’ll be sure to file a complaint. LAZY EMPLOYEES!

Always delicious chicken at Popeyes. I gave 4 star because they actually got my order wrong. I ordered dark and they gave me mixed

Someone should tell the employees that they are open until 11, not 10.especially when the OPEN sign is blinking at 10: 12 p.m.

It took us 30 mins to get our food. The food was fresh and hot. It was good quality. Fresh chicken. Just a long long wait. And we were the only ones inside the dining room. I would definitely go back because of the quality of the food. We will just allow for the wait on our next visit.

Slow and unconcerned, employees have an I don't care attitude. If it hadn't been my son's request I would have left.

This is one of the worst Popeyes probably in the US. They consistently run out of or dont have enough spicy chicken. You cant order things off their menu because they always shut down nearly an hour early. They will not let you order past 30 minutes before they close and their food is usually soaked in grease (Beyond the expected amount for chicken.) I have only ever ordered 3 tines from here in 2 years of passing by daily. Do yourself a favor. Go to the Churches ACROSS THE STREET.

Okay I'm from New Orleans it been over a year that I've been to this restaurant the last time they gave me small chicken legs and small thighs so this time I ask my husband to order me two piece White with a biscuit all I can say is I'm never going back ever again the pieces of chicken that they give you I'm still hungry after I finished eating it that is a problem they keep saying Louisiana made not true I think I'm done with Popeyes in Texas they don't know what it is

Hot food, but they got my order wrong, gave me the wrong change too! Get a girl who wants to be there!

I grew up in New Orleans always eating Popeyes I love their chicken they used to have the best coleslaw now they've changed it and it sucks the dirty rice used to be the best and now it's okay instead of scrimping on the ingredients they need to raise the prices to keep the quality the same tighten up Popeyes you losing my confidence

Chicken was horrible and corn on the cob didn't have any flavor and was too dry. Won't go there again.

Very good spicy chicken and the best beans and rice anywhere. The bisquits are also very good. I tried a bite of hubbys fish and shrimp and it was fantastic! Next time I will have the cajun fried fish! Yummy!

Ok chicken and sides, but 25% more expensive than Lisa's Chicken and not nearly as good so bye-bye Popeyes.

A little pricey for a 2pc combo but my food was hot and fresh employees were nice, dining area needed attention.

Better food before thay move location from McCart half the size and not spicy at all but did get it fast.

Horrible absolutely no customer service no one in line at all waited 15 min for someone to come to the window then finally someone did and they were making up excuses to why they couldn’t help me
