Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Keller TX

Been here four times since pandemic began, now 1 year, and although the chicken was very tasty, not one single order delivered what we specified. Once "regular chicken" was specified but all 8 pcs.were "spicy". Another time we got mashed potatoes (but no gravy) instead of requested Cole slaw, once got no biscuits with the 8 pcs.meal, and once got 4 wings, only one drum stick, one breast and 2 sml.thighs (I think I'm on to what killed this bird!) as our 8 pcs.meal. Don't think we'll be giving them a 5th chance. With oversight like that there's no telling what we'd get next.

Called this store and the Haslet store. Both didn't answer and message said, "messages full" can't record new messages. Very unbusinesslike.

Apparently no one was on duty at 10: 10 pm Saturday. I was not greeted at the drive-thru and after waiting a few minutes I pulled up to the window and no one showed up. The parking lot had 5+ cars and all of the lights were on but no one was visible from outside.

Food was mediocre, and staff wasn't at all friendly. Also the prices are a little outrageous. I paid almost 15 dollars for a 5 piece tender combo with a side of red beans and rice. Wasn't worth that much money.

Excellent food was hot and fresh and staff was pleasant and helpful my favorite Popeyes in the metroplex

I enjoy the food and they even have my favorite chicken sandwich, but I was just at the this Popeyes today and the customer service was terrible. She not only had a terrible attitude towards me she got my order wrong after I specified multiple times what I wanted.

The food was cold and hard and dry the biscuits were dry and hard the mashed potatoes were not even warm I would never eat at this facility again the chicken strips or just terrible I only ate it because I was hungry

I ordered the 9 piece mix chicken and to my disappoontment, I only got the dark meat. I even asked the person who handed me my food on how many wings I have in the box and she said 2 pieces. I tried to call the restaurant back but they do not answer their phone. Someone in my family was not happy about dinner tonight.

I received service via the drive-thru window. My visit did not take excessively long, but the male cashier did not acknowledge me upon arrival or thank me once the transaction came to a conclusion. In essence, the customer service was less than stellar.

The chicken good. Count your chicken before you leave. Every time we order a bucket to go they short us one to three pieces of chicken.

The food is absolutely amazing here, always have fresh food and a good consumer service.
If you have problems at this Popeyes your crazy me and my family love it. Always a 5 star

Just okay not the best popeyes I have been in. Drive through was busy but didn't feel served inside. Incomplete menu.

I will have to say that was absolutely the worst chicken that I've ever ate at popeye's a my entire life virtually had no taste at all

Boneless wings and tator tots were pretty good. Not sure why they call it a boneless wing? More like a chicken tender.

I ordered a 4 piece mixed, mashed potatoes with no gravy. I got 4 small wings, mashed potatoes with gravy. Next, a 2 piece with Cajun rice. I got fries. Next, a kids meal with macaroni and cheese. I got fries. I don't live close and am handicapped, so driving back was not an option. Very unhappy

Good job training your staff not to give us a hard time. A manager saw me coming in the door and set the example. Please add grilled chicken to the menu, thanks!

Head on down to Popeyes in Keller if you want some of the smallest pieces of meat you've ever seen. They'll be sure to give you the driest pieces that have sat under the heat lamps for a long as possible. Pieces so small I'm wondering if it was pigeon instead of chicken. Ridiculous.

Lunch drive through today was great. The 6 piece spicy tenders with red beans & rice was hot & fresh. Love the biscuit with butter & honey.

For my first visit service was fair and very quick. Thanks for the excellant Banana pudding parfait it was so good.

I ordered an 8 piece dark and only har 5 pieces.
They forgot my drink and theses tenders.really? More like nuggets.
